The only semi-recent development is that my contact at AST gaming (Rochester's software provider) is currently looking into the matter.
She says that there are two sides to every story and, from what I understand, Rob Marshall's big post from a few days ago (above in this thread and also on other forums) was his ersion for her and us all to see.
I find that she is taking a long time to make her mind (I alerted her two weeks ago). I will be extremely disappointed if she ends up taking Mr. Marshall's side, especially since his post was just as dishonest and full of unsound argumentation as everything else that the Rochester people have privately said to many of us before.
If ever she chooses that Rochester is right and that I am wrong, I will expect her to carefully explain why and how.

I called today and i ask a few simple questions, i am sure they was recording me, I ask if i didnt take a bonus, what the play thru. George told me 30times.
I never heard of this, I ask him was it in the terms, he said he think so This is a badly run casino and they have been caught in a few lies.

The only "offer" that Rochester casino has given to me was to either get my 500$ refund and nothing else or start the rollover again with original deposit + bonus. Both these so-called offers imply the casino taking back my winnings. They have never "offered" anything else.

It’s a fact that two of us members have been threatened by a racist entity called KasperKlan, with KKKasper as their spokesman. They use filth for words and threaten to hack and strong-arm us into ceasing our movement to try and pry out of the Rochester gangsters what is rightfully yours.
Of course – even after a ‘malware’ attempt (Trojan) – we will not bow out so easily. It shows us all what criminals they really are, when they probably pay 'enforcers' instead of paying you! As of now they still have their heads buried in the sand. Surely they must realize that it would be cheaper to do what is right, and that in not doing just that: pay you, they will experience much more costly consequences in the long run – the OPU campaign has already probably cost them more than their debt of $3,040.
All I can say is keep your chin up, as there’s a lot of people on your side!

Someone with ties to Rochester casino has ery recently contacted a member of the Online Players Union (the OPU is working ery hard trying to get me paid), telling them that my dispute has been resolved.
That is FALSE. There was no final resolution. My deposit was refunded and nothing else. Rochester still owes me 3040$ and there will be no resolution until they pay my winnings.
When they pay my winnings, I will immediately post about it.
For Rochester to DECIDE that the refunding of my deposit was a final resolution is just keeping in line with their old thieving position.

Coming up with this argument AFTER showing ery clearly that they didn't need a rational reason for for denying my payment just shows how confused and desperate these people are.

I went to their sportsbook site and I'd almost be tempted to bet that their site was setup by the good old folks from Graphixsofttech. Some of those templates are nearly identical to those that were used at the old Score Sportsbook site.
All of this seems to be following the old Graphixsofttech "skin" shop tradition wherein they just kept producing new website skins on what seemed like a weekly basis, ala Graphixsofttech. If memory serves me correctly those boys were out of Costa Rica as well.
It may not be a bad idea to start nailing down who the owner/s of this outfit is/are.
