I've played at dozens of sites & have been paid at all. The difference, imho, is customer service. Any site that doesn't reply to an email within one business day is lacking in this dept.
There have been several times when I've been waiting to get paid when I've become angry as deadline(s) pass. In almost every case, I'd have been satisfied if only the site had emailed me to tell me what was going on.
Casino Bar excels at quickly replying to emails, making it one of my favorites.

Well since I posted this I have become a bit disillusioned with them, They still have a September, "Message of The Day" up after you log on to casino (this bothers me as that is my first greeting-impression and I expect them to be current) and lately they make me feel as if I bother them with questions. They have some ery good customer service people, but they have thier hands tied and can only direct questions.

The Integrity group (Captain Cook's, Casino Kingdom, Casino Classic) went pretty bad, see http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=19302 . River Nile and its sister casinos were notorious slow payers.

Thanks for the info guys do you have any links to those sites you have mentioned? I am totally new to online gaming, i dont know who are big players and who are small players, i just want to opt for the smaller guys if i can (if there is such a thing).
I did a quick search for casinos and those were the decent (non-casino spam sites) that i came across, most of the sites i saw were just referrers for other casinos which is ery annoying!
