Casino Angel,

I read your post about your situation, and just to clarify:

Colosseum Casino is a member of Vegas Affiliates, along with Vegas Slot, Grand Hotel, Vegas7, Vegas Joker, Vegas Country, Vegas Poker, Royal Plaza The same ownership runs Floridita and Old Samurai, but they are not part of the affiliate program.
(Edited: Vegas Joker is not part of Vegas Affiliates, but is in the same group of casinos.)

Casino Classic is now part of Casino Rewards, along with Casino Kingdom, Captain Cooks, Blackjack Ballrooom, Golden Tiger, Lucky Emperor, Virtual City, Zodia, Strike It Lucky, and Yukon Gold.

Jackpot City is a part of Referback, with Gaming Club, River Belle, Lucky Nugget, Aces High, Home and Showdown.

This information may be helpful to others as well. It is important when explaining your problem, to be accurate as it might help others to be clear on the situation.

About 12 attempts to spell that word and I still got it wrong. Typical.

In the above case there was no deposit.

This was the free $500/1 hour promotion. It has a different landing page and I am not sure what is required to sign up for it, but it is a completely free promo. I am not sure off the bat how the winnings are handled but you do get to keep what you have at the end of the hour that is in exess of the $500.

So it's not like he was defrauded of any money.

And the T&Cs do say no Slovenia.

We all know that, no matter what the pain in the axx, we have to read the T&Cs before playing or accepting any bonuses.

The only fault I see here is that some goofball copied the T&Cs across from Casino Kingdom and forgot to change the name.

Non suquitur would mean illogical.

If the xasino took a deposit from a barred country resident, they should pay it back as the punter cannot win. I would guess that is not a no lose gamble situation for the casino "by design".

I doubt a deposit has been taken from a barred place without it being returned, whatever the outcome of the play. However, I would not be surprised if a casino took a deposit from a barred country, saw the player lose it all and not contact the punter to refund the deposit. That said, nothing I see online-gaming-wise surprises me anymore.

When you look at Classic's T&C's everything states Casino Kingdom in error!
Some pleb has copied it across & not corrected it.
What an impressive group these are NOT!

PS: Anyone know what 'sequitors' means???

That is totally outrageous!
The more I hear about the Casino Rewards group, the more I think the whole group should be rogued!

They say you're not allowed to play from those countries, and yet they let you open an account even though part of the registration process is entering your country name!

Then they keep your winnings if you win, and keep your losings if you lose.

Sorry, but that is plain simple THEFT.

I really hope and wish they will write terms and conditions more "readable" or directly mention SLOVENIA is not eligible on their website.
Just this.

Thank you Casino Cassic,
I wish you a happy new year

I thought it was kinda unfair of them to do that to you, so I just took a look at the T&C and sure enough, in their T&C (Under Participation), you will find this paragraph:

For security reasons Casino Kingdom is unable to accept players from certain parts of...
