Hello
I have a problem with Casino Partouche. I'm waiting for my bank wire withdrawal for over 2 months
Support keeps saying that their Financial Service is looking into the matter - no concretes. I've also e-mailed jmcpiuk 2 weeks ago, got no response
Has anyone had successful bank wire withdrawal from Partouche?

The casino looks tempting but I am still hesitant -
1. The software is unknown - who knows how fair (or not) it is ?
2. I understand that the only connection with the "real" partouche group is that they allowed the site to use their name - I looked at the real Partouche group's website but could find no mention of an online enture at all. I read that the online enture is based in Belize ?
3. Partouche cannot be found in the casinocity.com directory - where just about all the online casinos are catalogued
jmcpiuk - I hope you are still around to address these concerns ?

Ok few more pointers.
1. You may work closely with playtech, but your own software not playtech software is using the sounds from playtech software. Does playtech know about this? If it does i guess i can ask them about it .
2. I dont know any casino that makes the customer pay for the neteller charges that neteller imburses for the casinos, but i guess your the first one. And as neteller withdrawals arent a standard procedure for you i can accept this. I wish i was told beforehand though.

I won. Got paid quite fast, and i am quite satisfied. However there are some things that seem a bit weird to me.
1. 230£ withdrawal is exactly 400$. That is how much i got. (no its not, according to todays exchange course its 410,7797).
2. Why are some of the sounds taken directly from playtech software?

1.) Why your site template is a pure copy of william hill casino
2.) Why your cashier is a pure copy of ezecash ( Planetluck )

Actually I got slightly less, due to bank charges. I think the charges were £26 in total.
That's the problem with paying people in the wrong currency - it costs them money.
The problem was resolved, more-or-less, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Well, as 888 is owner of the market in the UK, we actually own the french market, mostly because casino partouche in France means something that french people can trust. (also italian spanishs tunisians etc)
