Topic: Mllionaire Casino (English Harbour group) does not pay! -- RESOLVED Forum: Winner Online

Millionaire have opened my account and credited my winnings back.

Thanks to Millionaire and everyone involved on this forum.

Will be interested to see if this now means it's acceptable to play at more than one of English Harbour Group's casino's.

If they have this rule now, they don't know it at - http://www.englishharbourcasinos.co...p/?c=0&id=index

As of Jan 29, 2006, it had the following rules posted:

Quote:

12. The Company reserves the right to cancel Player's account for any reason, and issue any balance in Player's account at the time of such cancellation. The Company also reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to oid any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Casino account in any of the following circumstances:

If a Player has more than one active account for the Casino.

If the name on Player's Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on Player's Casino account.

If a Player participates in a Casino promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion.

If Player provides incorrect or misleading registration information.

If the Company believes, in its ...

This group has gone downhill fast. Last year English Harbour, Caribbean Gold and Silver Dollar all awarded me surprise birthday bonuses. I have had accounts at all three for more than 5 years and have won quite a bit from them in total--nearly $12K. They always paid me in a few days. The ast majority of my play was at Silver Dollar.

I stopped playing Silver Dollar last year only because they stopped counting blackjack toward the monthly bonus.

This is not the kind of news that will bring me back.

nafanny29 is exactly on point. The time for the casino to enforce any rule against multiple accounts across their system is at sign up--not after you have risked your money with a positive outcome. Their behavior is inexcusable and unprofessional.

These casinos are quick enough to check their "sisters" for duplicate accounts when a player wins, why dont they check when a player signs up and before a bonus is awarded.

The answer is simple, its so that if you lose you lose, and if you win you also lose.

I used to wonder why most of my friends think im mad to gamble online. Its these few dodgy casinos that tarnish the whole industry's reputation and put many potential players off for life. My rant for the day

You should be OK unless you already have an account at one of the casinos in the group, but I cannot recommend them. I played at four of them without problems but obviously I am not going back.

This rule is just the same as the 'casino reserves the right to confiscate winnings for whatever reason blah, blah, blah'. Only a dodgy casino would invoke it.

If they really want to be reputable casino they either need to ban players from having an account at more than one casino in the group altogether, or pay up and never try to use this joke rule again.

This type of casinos is really BAD and they are theif.

Imagine if you open two accounts in their "group" and subsequently you lose all your hard earn money to them, will they refund one of the losing money account to you claiming that you should only have one account. OF COURSE THEY WOULD NOT. YOU LOSE EVERYTHING IS OK AND IF YOU WIN, SORRY NO PAYMENT!! This type of casinos should be kick out from online industry!!

If this is true, its an absolute disgrace - how stupid is it to say 'we wont pay you if you have an account at one of our other casinos' and not provide a reason except for they can do it ''at their discretion''

The bonus was obviously granted - so they should pay you if you met the terms and conditions.

It should be clearly stated on the sign up screen about having other accounts within the group. Hiding it in the small print (whilst technically not deceitful) is not the way to gain trust.

However - if this guy is a scammer and has done something wrong then he deserves what he gets.

hey there,

With my balance on $850 at Millionaire Casino and having wagered a significant amount they send me an email stating I have been red flagged and they will refund only my deposit ($350) and keep my winnings.

After a couple of follow up emails they send me this

"The Company reserves the right to cancel Player's account for any reason, and issue any balance in Player's account at the time of such cancellation. The Company also reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to oid any winnings and refund the original purchase in your Casino account in any of the following circumstances:

If a Player has more than one active account within the group of casinos*.
