You know Chartwell won't get involved to help, but I'd keep some pressure on them (I'm sure you will). The irony of them promoting the heck out of your win...however, forgetting the part about paying out the prize money.

FYI I have yet to recieve my winnings from pokernexus (midatlanticpoker.com) so once again do not play at this site. I am not sure of the other poker nexus sites I am leary of playing them. Hell they wont even put the money back into my poker account at their site what a JOKE.

well midatlantic sent the $36 I transfered to neteller on the 10th today but of course not the $1,600 I tried to transfer on the 2nd. Do yourselves a favor AND DONT PLAY AT THIS SITE (midatlanticpoker.com)

MicroPower was taken over by Chartwell Technology last year.

Unfortunately I don't think this is going to be much help to you in resolving this case - Chartwell has a strictly "hands off" policy when it comes to disputes between players and their licensee operators.

thank you for the replys and yes I have called them twice and email them the email said 5 days max that was on the 5th. I do believe I am going to get shafted by these s.o.bs thanks again for the replys

MicroPower software which is associated with pokernexus I think. But these folks don't seem to have anything about themselves up on the site.

The site has your name up in lights as the winner of first prize $5K JimBeam66.

They seem to have a contactable Support - have you tried harrassing them a little (politely of course!)?

10 days is too long for a simple transaction.

Jim, have you contacted them and asked why it is taking so long? If not, i would. Dont be shy about it, 10 days to get a payment to neteller is ridiculous.
PS- Also, they are using your name on their homepage showing you winning the tournament. I would think they dont want to cause you problems getting your winnings.

I have never heard of them. Are they a skin of a larger poker room?

has anyone here tried to cash out more than 1k at this site? btw I am a newbie here i won the end of month 5k tourny Jan. 1st ($1,650) I transfered $1,600 to my neteller account on the 2nd and as of today I have yet to recieve it I also tried to transfer $36 on the 10th to see if the amount was the problem I have yet to see either one. Maybe it is me but something seems odd
