As far as what my friend knew I can only say what she told me and that was she was not aware of any charge backs. We searched through all of her email messages nothing in the inbox and we check her new and old mail her junk mail, and found nothing from the casino informing her of this. Her deposit method she claims to have used was epassporte and there were no notices from them as well. So I don not know what to say as far as what she really knows or what she really don't know.
I can only speak for myself and erify that everything I said is nothing but the truth......pattyj59

She might have been around a long time and I give her an applause. And I do believe she might know lots about these online casinos. What see knows nothing about is what I is going on with my problem with the casino. I beleive if she did then she would not have made all those sarcastic comments towards the messages I have posted or better yet she would have not been so negative with her comments. If what her imput is accurate then my situation would have been one that would prove a casino is no way fair to players. And I am not saying this to be true about this casino I am just unsble at this time to get the important detail to the correct department so that they would be aware of the whole facts and I am sure then the out come would be that of one to benefit both the casino and myself. That is why I can not give up the saying goes the truth will be told and I hope that it was also be heard.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Im pretty sure once a VISA/MCARD Purchase Authorisation is approved, it is debited to your credit card balance and it becomes a full purchase within 3-5 days - i.e. it doesnt matter if your account goes over limit in the meantime - the funds dont have to ''clear'' like a check/EFT.

The only way to create a chargeback is to initiate it yourself. You cant have a chargeback and not know about it. Im sorry, but your friend is being economical with the truth.

I too could not understand how Risk management was given me one ultimatum in order to receive my winnings. That was to pay theses charge backs that were not even mine but some other players...Oh believe me I thought the same they got to be kidding!!!!!!! after all why did I have pay this just to receive my winnings when those so call 33 or what ever number the casino says there is.
As far as sending the difference it was suppose to be after all risk management said that there would be no negotiations made I would have to pay it or not receive my money.
After being convinced by my family which I must say at first I was stubborn and said hell no. But after awhile it didn't take much to convince me that this was the best thing to do I would still come out with about $20,000.00. Now wouldn't you pay that.

Why on God's Earth would you agree to payoff someone elses chargebacks....?????????????. You have got to be kidding me!!
Why dont the casino just send you the difference between the chargebacks and the payout if that is what the problem really is??
How do you even know there were chargebacks?. Did they send you a list of the card numbers, dates, and amounts?. If they did, and they arent in your name, then they are in HUGE trouble with the CC companies. If they didnt, then why are you taking their word for it? What were the names on the other accounts - will they tell you?.
You wont get your money Patty - I'll gladly eat my words if you do but Im telling you its not gonna happen. It seems that this issue has been based on these other accounts that has signed up from the same ip address. How can one know who and what was going on from a computer belonged to a friend who had no idea that they were linking many of these players to family computer.

yes I have posted several message asking for help that is only because it seems so unfair as a player who did nothing wrong at any online casino site.is having so much trouble finding out where to go for help. If I was in any way wrong or doing anything fraudulently then I would never have continued to put myself as well as my family through hell as I have been doing.
CasinoNow thanks a lot it seems like I need all the luck I can get not for me to prove my innocence's but to have help in getting the full facts to the top department after all if I did have anything to hide why would I contact IGC to have them contact the higher management.
Because I was tired of being told one thing after another and having my cash out put on hold again after being confirmed of a date that I would have receive it in my bank account. I don't doubt they laughed at you thug. There were also several chargebacks from some of these accounts which were never settled. To the casino's discredit, I have to say that although there were numerous accounts on the same computer, the player(s) were allowed to continue to make deposit after deposit without any problems for quite some time. If she had not tried to cash out such a large sum, I believe that Planetluck would've left her alone because of all the money they were making off her.

I understand Patty's plight from the thread at Bryan's site... and it's a shame that she was in iolation of standard rules when she hit an enormous jackpot on the slots... but there's just no recourse for her to take to collect her "winnings". Over 20 accounts at the same casino on one computer is grossly stretching the bounds of negotiation. The casino doesn't even have to break a sweat on this one. She needs to put this behind somehow and resolve herself to following the rules and playing at casinos with a better reputation.

Hi can anyone tell me where I can go to seek help regarding the abuse that planetluck and it's team is doing to me, is there's no rights for us players. I have been treated like the bad guy when I have not done anything wrong. But this team does not want to honor my cash out.
It's been over 3 months and I was told the top management would be contacting me, of course they still have not nor did they send me as I requested an email with the reasons for such an unbelievable, unreal, and dishonest decision to why they are holding back my winnings.
Finally I was told the other day that the casino is not going to pay me. I ask why and still get no straight answers. They did tell me one reason which held no truth to it at all so they had to come up with another reason to justify a lie.
Please help I am so tired of this searching and getting nowhere......
