It would certainly be good to collect and catalogue the facts of all players ripped off by the Cloud / Curran "deposit trick" of locking accounts after winnings achieved and disallowing wins on this retroactive technicality. The information is straggled all over the net currently, and would be ery well served collected in one central area.

For real, Wesriv...!
I am sure you will be able to still find a MASSIVE number of defrauded players for the Currant-outfits, including myself. It happened to me around two years ago but I have already given up on it, as the fraudster is "covering" himself by his own terms. I am sure he will sink in his own swamp some time though as rogue actions such as this simply can not work forever. Karma is just -too strong- some times.
Anyways, I will be glad to support you as far as possible with your actions even though it will be a real tough task.
Curran however needs a payback and hopefully some players will get paid their winnings as well still, eventually......

I have read this full tag. Without getting too redundant, the same exact thing happened to me as many of you. At Mighty Slots (Doleplex), after receiving numerous unsolicited e-mails offering me their standard sign up bonus, I made a deposit of $1000 and accepted their standard $300 bonus to play all games. Since I already knew what they were capable of, I made sure and got everything in writing ia e-mail, which I still have saved. At first, they claimed that I could only wager this in slots, which was their first lie. They then claimed that the playthrough requriement was much higher than was first offered. Only when I sent them their own website page did they retract these statements. I then played blackjack which was an allowed game. I happened to get lucky, met the wagering requirements and cashed out $2067. I then got a written confirmation that I did indeed meet their wagering reuqirements, that they did indeed receive my completed and signed faxback form, and that everything was in order for me t... | | Read Entire Entry |

I think they put pressure on Connecto and PowerBet. But it wasn't a case of dispute. It was them trying to avoid not paying me. In any event Montana contacted them and I got paid, eventually.

Exactly the same thing happend to me. I won $5000 at Vegas Frontier and was denied payment by the casino and later by Montana on the grounds that I was banned at their sister casino American Grand. I had played at American Grand one time and won $350. What casino would bar a new player after one play and a modest win? I strongly suspect that this "banning" by American Grand was done after the fact as a result of the win at Vegas Frontier but I have no way to prove it since of course I had no idea of any of this at the time. I mentioned this to Montana but got no response.
I agree this is downright fraudulent. The casinow wants to get out of paying but why would Montana would uphold such a practice?
Since you also won $5000 I wonder if that's the line they draw at which they will not pay. Anybody have a similar experience with a smaller win?

Here’s how it works. Go to any Doleplex casino, let’s say “Lucky
Coin”, deposit your money and gamble. Shortly after you’ll start
receiving emails from other Doleplex casinos, which unless you’re “in the
know” you won’t know that they’re affiliated with Doleplex. These
unsolicited emails will have terrific offers. Deposit and lose all you want
at the new casino, let’s say “Vegas Frontier”. One hundred, two
hundred, two thousand etc.. As long as you are losing you’re fine. No
problems depositing, no problems logging in to your account. If you should by
chance get a small win that’s fine also. AS LONG AS YOU DON’T WIN MORE
THAN YOU’VE DEPOSITED.
(Here’s where the Double Jeopardy Kicks in) Now let’s say you get a
decent size win. You get erbal and email confirmation stating you’ve met
the wagering requirement for withdrawal. When you call back in 3 weeks
to inquire about your withdrawal you find out that you’re account is
locked. When yo... | | Read Entire Entry |
