Interesting reading - a bad playtech customer service situation is about as bad as you can get. It astounds me that a group as big as the new owners are and ouched for by some guys I have respect for can be so dense as to farm there "frontline" out to a notoriously woeful support service.
This casino has now been deleted from ny computer- its not worth the angst.

The standards at this casino seem to have gone way down since it became a playtech.
I have written to these guys 6 times now for a cashin made 2i/2 weeks ago. I have sent ID twice and have confirmation of receipt of that ID.
My questions continually remain unanswered- I get duplicate emails which don't respond to the question asked or no response whatsoever.
Tonight after raising the question yet again and advising(yet again) that if they had lost the ID (which speaks olumes for their security) to give me a direct email address to resend yet again.What do I get- three identical emails all saying you didn't send us ID within 10 days so we have refunded to your acct.
If the STanley/Acropolis manager reads this board I suggest you contact me- you give me a three hundred dollar thanks for playing no strings or requirements bonus to keep me as fairly big player and then this- hopeless and hardly the fast service your email to me advised.
