My advice to you, CEOCEO...
Contact the respective casino that you feel comfortable with and that has a good reputation. Ask them to give you a higher limit and etc. I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you out there.
I remember a Boss Media casino (cannot remember the name), having a $5000 max for BJ. Try contacting the casino involved and I'm sure they will be more than happy to oblige.
If you still feel it's not high enough, perhaps you could convert your money to Pound Sterling? That way, you will be playing with a BIGGER sum of money instead of the normal USD.
Other than that, you should so totally NOT look for casinos, just look for their CS and someone would/should be able to help you out.

I meant the casinos that will let you bet big. I dont like those progressive things. I want to bet big. I played at Bodog and they have $500 hands of Black Jack. Is that the biggest you can usually bet online is $500? Anything bigger? If you are on VIP do they get you bigger betting limits? If so what site has best VIP.

Why not go for one of the Microgaming Progressives. I like their progressive best and they seem to have far more than other software. Major Millions and King Cashalot ocassionally get over $1000,000. Pick your fa MGS casino and have a crack

I suggest not taking any bonuses, and as aetos says, if you're looking at slots stick with Microgaming casinos.
