The Gambling Federation is an honored, honest company and with credibility and dignity beyond the imagination of some. I am affiliated of the Gambling Federation, he has four years, and also as affiliated to other companies as they can certify in the site removed - I SAY Of the DEEP one Of MY HEART that is without a doubt the Gambling Federation one of the best companies of the branch of casinos of the world that already I worked as affiliated, for its dignity, credibility and honesty. The Gambling Federation it always honored its commitments with dignity and honesty with its players and affiliates. I find these declarations a nonsense without beddings... The Gambling Federation must yes, to be placed in the list of exceletes and good casinos of the world.
Thanks,

I am with Michael and I am going to blacklist them too.
You have to state rules in your T&Cs if you expect people to follow them.
How can anyone follow rules they don't know about?
The player was not necessarily a bonus hunter, he could have played, liked the casino, looked for more and gotten carried away playing as we all do on occasion when playing.
There was nothing to tell him he can't do that.

I personally remember this rule from quite awhile back, but has anybody noticed that Christopher's login is Las Vegas,Nev-one of 10 states that have specific laws restricting online internet gambing.GF could have easily used this technicality for non-payment if they chose.

I do remember that the only reason I even knew about the "3 account bonus rule" was because when I joined a 4th GamFed and tried to claim a new account bonus, I received an email informing me of this rule. I know there was a lot of discusion about the 3 account rule on the smaller boards...mostly by ticked off freebie hunters.
I can honestly say I don't ever remember seeing anything about it on any GamFed casino website, though.

Thanks for the clarification.
GM's succinct assessment is dead right - if the player has complied with the T&Cs he should be paid. If his business is not desired thereafter then either lock him out or take him off the bonus list...but pay him first.

So I was actually under. At today's rate, that's just shy of $10,000 USD.

Just to clarify, I opened all of my Gambling Federation accounts on May 9, 2005 which was several weeks before the "multiple accounts" rule was in effect. G Fed tried to pin this rule on me at first but eventually agreed that I had not iolated this rule. So then they just claimed "bonus abuse" (see the explanation at wizardofodds.com):

I forget the exact amout, and the board where it was posted, the GPWA players' corner, no longer exists. Evidently $7000 was the approximate figure, as that's what I posted when I had that other board for reference - but Cristopher would have to confirm this.

Not only do they this disgrace hanging over their heads but your chances of hitting a royal flush in VP at a GFED casino is about .0000000000000000000001%.
Kuddos to the Wiz and I'm sorry to hear that your not being paid ChristopherB.
Just another reason not to play at these crap casinos.

"Players opening multiple accounts without first oiding their existing account are subject to being excluded from the Casino with all wins forfeited."
I read that as a rule forbidding multiple accounts at one casino, not across the group.

In the end, this was the rule G-Fed apparently claimed as right to withhold the $9000:
Quote:
The Casino reserves the right to withhold any payments if it suspects any foul play or manipulation with the Casino.
???
So apparently, at the end of it all they went back to "game fraud". WTF??
Here is the current "multiple account" rule:
Quote:
Player may only operate one active account at any time. Players opening multiple accounts without first oiding their existing account are subject to being excluded from the Casino with all wins forfeited. In order to oid an account, Players must contact Customer Support.
There is NO mention of this applying across the whole family of skins. The clear reference is to multi-accounts at ONE casino, which is a standard rule.
This player remains owed his full cashout. Come on, G-Fed. Do something right just once.

Let's also bear in mind the history of this case: the theft of winnings was ORIGINALLY claimed to be because of "game fraud" - this was discussed at length at the GPWA "Players Corner" forum - now gone, as are all the posts, so I can provide no link - in which most every member, along with a high-rank moderator, claimed G-Fed were RIGHT to do this, ie. not pay the player because of the "pattern" of his play! This was also the reason G-Fed gave to me when we discussed the matter at ICE. Now, we seem to have dropped "game fraud" in favour of "multiple accounts". Well, I also had "multiple accounts" when I played G-Fed (way back when), and though I had disastrous gameplay experiences, they never had a problem with this. Like Sportingbet, multiple accounts across all the skins was in no way discouraged. I certainly played at the casino Christopher played at without any mention of "multiple accounts" being an issue.

"I seem to recall that there was some dispute on whether this was shown in their t&c's?"
and
"Personally, I've known it's GFED's policy is not to allow more than a couple of accounts (to receive the sign-up bonus) within any of the GFED family of casinos.
But the average Joe does not necessarily know this. (It's INSIDER knowledge)
GFED sites do not clearly state this in thier terms and conditions."
That's what I thought may be the case, and if so this sort of *stealth* T&C is plain bad practice and GFED should pay the player.
This blacklisting would therefore seem to be fully justified.

WTG Mike and WTG Christopher!
Christopher, big kudos to you for sticking with this. Many players do not press these matters and the crooks get away with it. This business needs more players with your tenacity.

I agree with Shackleford that GFED should be blacklisted.
Personally, I've known its GFED's policy is not to allow more than a couple of accounts (to receive the sign-up bonus) within any of the GFED family of casinos.
But the average Joe does not necessarily know this. (It's INSIDER knowledge)
GFED sites do not clearly state this in thier terms and conditions.
And therefore they should have to pay the player!!!

Doesn't GamFed only allow sign-up bonuses to be taken at up to 3 of their casinos? I seem to recall that there was some dispute on whether this was shown in their t&c's?

GFED are bad news alright, but can you clarify this opening statement at the Wizard's site please?
"The first reason is non-payment of winnings. In May 2005 A player by the initials CB opened accounts at 10 Gambling Federation casinos in the same day, all with the same bonus, and played them all in rapid succession. He had large wins at two of them, for a large overall net win. The Gambling Federation refunded all ten deposits for the reason he was clearly a bonus abuser."
Presumably this is a "multi-account" ruling where it was not made clear that GFED define *multiple accounts* as not accounts at one GFED casino, but at any and all GFED casinos?

I just wanted to let everyone know that the Gambling Federation group of casinos has been blacklisted for non-payment of winnings at wizardofodds.com. You can iew the story here:
http://wizardofodds.com/casinos/blacklist.html
I just want to thank Mr. Shackleford for taking the time to mediate the dispute between the Gambling Federation and me. He was fair and honest throughout the process, and is exposing the Gambling Federation for the crooks that they really are. I really wish more sites would stop *****footing around and blacklist these bastards so that other legitimate players won't get screwed like I did.
