At least their wagering requirements seem fair: (from Mapau)
"[...] Promotional Bonus given MUST be wagered FIFTY (50) times the total amount deposited (Deposit + promotional bonus) BEFORE making any cash-in. [...] All PROMOTIONAL BONUS credits are for wagering purposes only. [...]"
Does anyone really play here?

Actually BLue- you don't retain players- I have deleted every sunny casino.
AFter rude responses or no responses from support I finally got paid today from a small (175) cashin made on the 12th March. Totally appalling especially since they already had ID, the deposit was neteller and no bonus was involved.
I note my prior cashin details for anyone like Dominique who might be looking at listing (DONT)
Prior cashin I had a 4000 royal. The strange system they have only lets you make a single neteller withdrawal of max 2000 so I made 2 withdrawals for 2000.duly sent on my ID and recieved a "our policy is 4 days reply.
The first 2000 was paid 5 days later. WHen I queried the other 2000 (cashin made 2mins after the first) I got a it takes 5 10 business days letter. I forwarded them there own email with the 4 days policy- only to get the same 5-10 day reply plus a " we have so much more to do to make a cashin now" comment. I pointed out to them that they had... | | Read Entire Entry |

How do you retain players with bad customer support and payout period like that.

10 days for cashins is a disgrace.
3 days is not acceptable either these days.
I refuse to play at any Casino that doesnt alue my patronage enough to pay me within 48 hours. (actually, most of my favs pay within 24 hours)
As a player that doesnt use a lot of bonuses, I'm worth more than that.

colly, sunny group sucks now.
they use to pay in 3 days , now they take 10 days.
I ask them not to send me any bonus emails , they keep sending them. I was up 3k and they added a bonus with out asking me. There support was nice and removed it.

What are other members experience with this group since they went playtech. They used to be reliable and fast payers- but I have experienced slow payment contradictory emails and rude support (when they bother to answer) on my last three cashins.

Geez, Ted I dunno - it seems that just about everything goes in the wonderful, whacky (and anonymous) world of message boards!
There's always the chance of a slip that reveals the truth, though. As we have seen many times here.

Thanks for the kind words. I did point out to Mustang that it would take more than $75 to buy my loyalty which is the largest random drawing I've won from them. Tedm,
During my play I have hit 4 Royals playing Jacks or better VP. This is above the normal expectation of about 1 in 40,000. I have also hit a normal amount of 4Ks, FHs etc. Ths only place I am a little bit short of expectation is SFs. I'm about 3 short of my expectation on these.
I don't play slots or any table games except for Blackjack occasionally. My experiences have been fair. I haven't always won, but I have won my fair share.
I have even won some money in the tournaments and drawings. I do play there a lot and a whole lot more than required for the bonuses and will continue to do so as long as my play is within normal ariance.

OPA's secret labs are working on a playerside analysis program for detecting bad casino software. It is still in development stages, and Sunny has olunteered to provide data.
However, I would not use the (possibly legally binding) language of "verifying" (or "certifying") just as the OPA makes no claims of "licensing".

Mr. Wolf,
Good to speak to a man of reason.
I don't have any proof that the bigger players win the random drawings. Just a hunch.
You see, I am not as down on casinos as some others. I think that most software is fair...at least the big boys. Now the advertising/marketing is another thing...I am in the advertising business and I know you can't trust 'em.

Cristal, this casino_secrets guy was implying that you can change the odds at will.
If his allegations are true then you could set fair odds to all games for the OPA audit and then raise the house edge for all games when they are through.
I think Sunny has great CS but I am a little nervous about placing large bets there after my recent smackdown.
Maybe it would help if you could tell us what exactly is configurable from your end.

Or if that isn't the case maybe you are a regular/large player with them. Typically larger players win these "random" drawings more than small players.
Mustang,
I understand why you might question the impartiality of such drawings, and it is a question worth asking.
Let me take your points in order. First of all the casino does not know (as far as I am aware) who I am on this message board, and therefore could not match me with my casino account.

Hi Everyone,
In response to the numerous questions concerning the Sunny Group of Company:
We do have hoops to jump through to get around the problem of Bonus abusers as everyone knows. If we are "dishonest" as some people are implying we wouldn't aim to frighten real gamblers away with so many conditions to get bonuses.
We are in the process of getting our RNG and percentage payouts erified by the OPA, in response to all the naysayers. This is our utmost priority, to calm our loyal players' insecurities about our casinos. We are putting our system to the test by the people that count and care, the Players.

Jetset, I couldn't agree more about the motive behind this posting. It seems ery odd to me.
Let's look at the facts. Royd showed up on May 15 with his first post.
He wrote: "Hello I'm new to this online gambling stuff. Who's the best and who's the bad guy??"
Fair enough question for a newbie. There were a few replies, although no-one mentioned any of the Sunny casinos in that thread.
Next day, May 16, all by himself, royd had discovered Casino Fortune. This time he asked: "Thanks for the help everyone. Are Casinofortune Sunny Group worth starting with?"
Of the three replies to that question, only Damian ... | | Read Entire Entry |

I can't speak for all of the Playtech casinos, but I have found the Sunny Casinos to be fair in my play there. I have played there extensively since the switch and my results are well within my expectations. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose but I have never felt taken here.
If the software can be tuned to, it seems to me that Sunny has tuned it to be fair. I don't play all of the games but I have played over 100k hands of ideo poker since the switch and am happy with my results.

Syd makes a good point - casino_secrets did not single out Sunny but Playtech specifically (presumably pre and post the Sunny association)
But we are going O/T here. The original thread was a post from a newcomer called royd that alleged that Sunny was losing staff.

Sunny is by far the largest Playtech franchisee. As far as I am concerned they ARE Playtech.
We think we have figured out who this guy is and I can see why he would attack Spear (and me). I am not sure why he would go after Playtech/Sunny like this given his past but Sunny or Playtech may have something to say about this.
My gut feeling is that he was trying to make a big impact - as is true to his character - so he decided to jump on the Playtech/Sunny wagon and drive it as far as he could.
I don't think this was a ery well thought out move.

Casino_secrets and his alter-ego/friend Wave seem to be working together. Whether or not they share the same IP address (as Wave so igorously asked us to check) is irrelevant.
I will grant that Casino_Secrets does seem to have some back-room knowledge. He was probably an operator in the past and he may still be an operator even now.
What I can't possibly understand is why he would go and pick a fight with Spearmaster and Sunny Group.
Maybe his former ties to MG have something to do with it but then he slammed that whole software operation.
There are only several questions now which will have huge significance.
1. Is Sunny's game riggable from the back-end? Can Sunny prove that it is not? Can this guy prove that it is?
2. Why would this guy make such a claim against Sunny?
3. Who is this guy?
I suspect questions 2 and 3 are closely related.
I really find this fascinating.

This Casino_Secrets has made some incredible allegations about your casinos:
Playtech – Playtech – Playtech
They can do whatever they feel like, change the odds on bj from 2.3 house edge to 17% house edge, and they do. What they do is simple they see you play and know you are a bonus abuser; switch goes on, and you are going down. Oh that applies to all their games, not just bj. I saw it with my own eyes… I was stunned. So now you can see why john decided to move his operations.
We need a response.
