Another three months of ignorance by Playtech have passed by again.
I am bumping this thread so others know what they are dealing with when playing any Playtech Casino out there. -A company that gives a c*** about their players...!

Ok, I checked on this and Giantrevenue.com gets an error for me. And JonJon works for Betrev.com, which works just fine.
So, mayhaps there is no giantrevenue.com?
It's not revenuegiants.com, that is a totally different program yet.
Weird.

Yea Greg, I would like to know as well what happened to Jon-Jon. I was in touch with him for some time but have not heard from him anymore in a while.
Please let us know.
Back to the origin of the thread though, did anyone get any assistance by Playtech's service by now? I still have not heard of any improvements and obviously many players are still owed money from African Palace as well as some other outfits.
What is up, Playtech??

Are you really the affiliate manager? What happened to Jon-Jon? Why do you need to post affiliate links in the hot casino promos section?

Hello Jon-Jon,
Would you be able to tell if Playtech is trying to improve their acting regarding their non-existing dispute resolution at all?
I believe they are not even aware of what they are doing to themselves and their supported Casinos right now.
Thanks for at least caring though.

There is also Montana, set up by RTG as a dispute channel, but which also experienced initial teething problems. Handling disputes to everyone's satisfaction is not quite as easy as one might think and the best strategy is to avoid creating disputes in the first place on both sides.
There will inevitably be those who disagree with this statement, but from what I can see, on balance Montana is slow but are not doing too bad a job.

The only dispute service I support is eCOGRA of which RTG and Playtech are not a part of.
As for what to do if you run into a problem with a casino that isn't eCOGRA approved, there are player watchdogs out there like CasinoMeister who can help.

Not surprisingly noone so far has been able to report about any assistance from this "service".
Dongamblers's comparison to Safebet is ery well as for me Playtech has lost their complete credibility. It would have been better had Playtech not put up this nonsense at all, as it does not do anything but proofs that they do not have much interest in the fairness and seriousness of their licensees at all.
OnlineCasinoReviewer, who do you think players should rely on if not a dispute service (by the software companies)? You may run into unexpected struggles at each and every single Casino out there, no matter how good or bad it is, and it will not work for long if you just trust in any Casinos reputation. It is impossible to "make sure" to not run into a dispute.
If Playtech offers any such service they have to take it serious. -What is happening now is just making it worse for all... As Playtechs Casinos are losing the trust of their players. I am hoping ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Hey, Don - it's great to see you posting again!
I think that despite the advice they were given by arious people when they were setting it up, Playtech pretty much screwed up on their new disputes channel with the Joyland debacle, which will long remain in player memories to their cost. Then they didn't do too well with the African Palace/Indio operators who are still screwing players around as far as I can see.
So I guess the scoreboard is showing big zeros for Playtech Disputes so far.
Bryan Bailey's latest newsletter indicates he had a meeting with the Playtech execs responsible whilst he was at G2E recently, and they have promised that they will get things working better.
The short answer to that is that in the present climate all we've seen are promises - to be credible Playtech now has to produce the goods and resolve issues quickly and fairly where these involve their licensees.

There are some good Playtech Casinos out there. I wouldn't rely on Playtech or any Casino Software Company having a dispute resolution service. Make sure you don't get in a position whereby you have to rely on it!
Instead I would do thorough research on the casino you want to play at, before you deposit there. There are many quality sites which have the customer's interests first and therefore tell it how it exactly is.

Of course Playtech's "Dispute Service" is a scam. Any such service run by the software developers, who know what scum they are licensing their software to in the first place, is worthless. They may make a token decision for some small amount in the player's favor just to look like they are legit but they will never rule in any significant dispute in the player's favor and they have no way to make the casino pay anyway.
Remember RTG's "Safebet" and how "helpful" they were in resolving the hundreds of disputes (which amounted to nothing but downright theft) by all of their scum licensees? It was nothing but a scam, just like Playtech is doing.

I would like to see if anyone has received ANY help from Playtechs "dispute service" at all.
As far as I can tell their existence is a plain PR gag.
I do not know of any case this bunch has been able to resolve.
Joyland, African Palace and whatever the evil names are..... There must be a HUGE number of helpless ictims out there at the moment!
This is out of mind.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
