There is actually, BL. They devised a system, taking free odds, which took the risk down to maybe £20 / £30 max a go. I never got my head around it exactly, but KasinoKing can probably fill us in on the ins and outs, now it's been nixed.

I might have guessed you would pick up on this, Mr Caruso!
I do not feel terribly obliged to justify myself, or even reply to an 'all gambling is evil' poster like yourself, but I will anyway.
Yes, it does kind of contradict my normal stance on use of bonuses, however;
1. It was not 'no risk' (this is impossible on all casino games, as you well know).
2. It did not break any of the casino's T&C's at the time.
3. Their WR of Bx60 was ridiculous and totally unplayable with any glimmer of hope of benefiting from it by any other playing means. (i.e. no guilt)
4. My previous post was a little 'tongue in cheek' (as many of my posts are ), I did used to do a significant amount of the WR with Craps, but also played cards and slots, often losing all/most of the bonus (but sometimes doubling it! ).
Have a nice day!

...you don't consider playing your "no risk craps" style abusive?

I missed this. So you think that there was too much abusive craps play going on?

I got the e-mail yesterday, but it does not look like an April Fool's joke.
"At The Ritz Club London we like to reward all our loyal players. So, we've made some changes to the Monthly Match Bonus to make it even easier to qualify!
It's now 33% easier to receive your matched £50. All you need to do is make a minimum £50 deposit during the month and bet your deposit 40 times. (So you'll now only have to wager £2,000 instead of £3,000)
The new bonus criteria will apply from 1st April 2006."
In this age when many casinos are increasing wagering requirements to ridiculous levels, it is nice to see that at least one casino thinks it can buck the trend.
