Sorry to rain on your parade Shankwart....
I have nothing but praise for ClubWorldCasino (now ClubUSACasino on RTG) as I have been playing there since they switched from that other rubbish Chartwell software.
I played one of their bonuses and hit a big slot win for $3000 - not only did I not even have to send ID etc but I got paid in 4 HOURS!!!. If a Casino alues its customers enough to pay them within that kind of timeframe then they can have my business any day
If you're on any kind of list Shank, maybe its because you file a complaint about almost every other Casino you join

Hi: Just to let you all know I finally received my withdrawal from
ClubPlayerCasino. It only took 63 phone calls and 80+ e-mails some nice some nasty.
After they finally approved the cash-out I phoned and they said takes 24 to 48 hrs after approval well it actually takes about 10 days for them to get around to doing it.
Alls well that ends well but I am ery leery now of any of these sites so
will stick to what I know best which is doing crafts and that way I wont be depositing at sites I know nothing about.
All I can suggest to those of us that are new to playing at casino's on-line check out here for feed-back before you deposit anywhere.
Thanks all for your well wishes in my quest to get my winnings.

I have been playing with ClubWorld under their old software as well but unfortunately they did not like me anymore ever since they switched to RTG. For me there is no other explanation about this other than them sharing playerinfo with other (shady) RTG operations now.
I have always been a fine player with them, did not get to cash out a single time but they refused to explain why my account is locked. It is pretty obvious to me though.
I am not really interested in any action with shady RTGs anymore.
Edit: Nowwww I see what caused my confusion regarding Casino names in theis thread... It is actually about ClubPlayer and not ClubWorld...duh, my apologies for the messup!

Hi Shankwart, I have been playing with clubworldcasinos since August last year (around that time anyway) their customer support staff have always been friendly and I have always been cashed out within the 48 hours that they specify. My account has never been locked!

Oooopppppsss... I corrected my mistake above. Thx for pointing it out, GM. While I was talking about Clubworld I accidently wrote "Clubplayer" a couple times in my previous post.
Happyplayer, how much have you deposited at Clubworld so far and how much did you withdraw? Did they not lock your account as well without even caring to give you an explanation?

clubworldcasinos is not part of the same group as clubplayercasino, I havent played at clubplayercasino. I havent been gambling online for ery long (around 18 months or so) and i only comment on the service i have had from the ones I have played at. In fairness to clubplayercasino, I have never played at that one!

Club World Casino is not standing in ANY relation to the other outstanding Casinos you mentioned! These operations have earned their players trust over YEARS while Club World just switched to RTG a few weeks ago and your "experiences" with them could not even be all that many.
I myself have gotten disrespectful treatment by Club World, even after I lost all my deposits, by the way.

Hey Bonuslover, I can only tell people about my own experiences, and with the casinos that i talk about, namely 888, clubworldcasinos, bodog Inetbet & Intercasino and a few others, I have played at them all, I have won some and lost some and they have all treated me with respect..........perhaps that is something that you should do even with people you dont know!

Clubworlds is one of the trashiest RTGs you can play at.
Look up this rat's past posts (4 in total), all praises of this casino and comparison to 888 and bodog etc. Gees, do we look that stupid?
'Happyplayer' I know you have a piece of $hit for you brain but still you might be better off using it than just sitting on it.

Club Player is not one of the decently playable RTGs. I've had my own problems there.

-As BL indicated you may have to jump through hoops! but my ONE experience there (for the obvious reason!) was that eventually you should get paid (in my case it took 6weeks) so persist.
And 1000 is not chicken feed to most of us! Congrats on your win.
If you like RTG software I would recommend Inetbet , Bodog or the wager street groups. Very good customer service and fast pay once you have sent your initial documentation. Very rarly hear anthing but good reports on these casinos.

Lol: Thank-you for taking the time to tell me about ClubPlayer Casino. I didn't deposit $1000 there> I am trying to get the $1000 out of them that I won.
I appreciate the way you have answered this because I was so frustrated with them that I really needed someone with your outlook on things. This is the 1st smile I have gotten since I started trying to get my $1000 winnings from them.
Frustration leads to annoyance and then to anger and right now I am angry. Hi all: Has anyone else had trouble getting a withdrawal from ClubPlayerCasino.
Quite frankly I find their service and withdrawal policies ridiculous. I followed all their guidelines, did what was required of me, followed instructions given by their support staff, only to find that the instructions given held up my withdrawal once again.
I waited and requested my withdrawal again and as the e-mail I received from them said withdrawals can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days I waited the full seven days and phoned to see what was happening only to be told I may hear Monday or Tuesday which will be close to 2 weeks.
Maybe $1000 doesnt seem like much but it is a lot to me. I keep getting their promos in my email but no response to my inquiries about my withdrawal. Please let everyone know if you too have had problems. Sherry
