sorry for not clarify something.
I did win USD340 before William Hill casino changing their software from Ecash Direct (those old software with PIN requirement during withdrawal) to the current new software.
William hill then email to me and told me to register new account, that's why I register a new account. Now, not even they do not honour winnings but also "stealing" the player money even ID and utility bill are provided without delay.
Advise, Advise, thank you!

There is no share of computer. In fact, I did introduce this crooked casino to my friends and my friends also open account with william hill, I don't know if this is a definition of "multiples accounts" because my friends opened casino with William Hill???
Today I received email from them. Well, since they find a good excuse to lock my account, I have the absolute right to claim back my original deposit which is only USD40, this is absolutely fair, right? Check this email from them:

Thank you for your e-mail.
There will be no money sent to you from willhill account 30862L. This is
because you have deposited into this willhill account a total of $40, yet
withdrawn a total of $340. Therefore you are not losing any money.

From the tone of Will Hills response this sounds like a multiple account case. I'm not making an accusation but from the Will Hill repsonse saying

I wish to know what "intermediation" party that could help me to solve this problem. Please advise.
There is no way they WAIVE my winnings just to give this kind of "low class" excuse!!
I get their monthly bonus and play the game of Blackjack which is counted towards wagering requirement, they in turn says I am a bonus abuse just because I win USD100 from their sign up bonus of USD80!!
USD100 is nothing for me but this kind of crooked casino should be kick out from online casino communities.
So, my advice to yours, better don't win at William Hill Casino, make sure you lose and everything will be OK.
