Short of a court order, an IOM Financial Services Board requirement or a police demand I don't see Neteller releasing this information, unfortunately.

The FSB route has not, as far as I know been tried before and may be worth a go - I'll see if I can get an email address.

Where was Sandpiper *licensed* btw?

I deposited by neteller. I know they have the contact details of the casino because the casino operator responded to netellers query about my withdrawal. Their pr department informed me that " The merchant has informed NETELLER that your transaction has been delayed because their
organization is currently undergoing some restructuring, and that the transfer would be processed as soon as they are able to do so. Unfortunately, they were not able to provide a time frame on when this would occur."

I have since then tried to contact netellers pr dept more about this, but they said that they dont do dispute services between a player and a casino. However i think this is more a case of money stealing by the casino then a dispute.

This shows that even after the closure they are answering queries by neteller, so neteller must have their contact information. So if anyone knows any high ranked person at neteller it might be worth a shot. I unfortunately dont.

Coincidentally, I received a response from Mike Marandino just yesterday (delayed by the holiday season over there, apparently)

It doesn't offer too much comfort, I'm afraid. Apparently Sandpiper had a "standalone" contract with full and sole control over all aspects of their site including hosting, payment processing and Support. Consequently the last time that Chartwell had any contact with them was when they bought a software upgrade "many months ago"

Chartwell is a really nasty software. I ended up losing most of the times, and the only few times I did win in a Chartwell casino (in Victor Chandler) the winnings were ery minor. Since then I stay away from this engine.

They're already down and out. Their casino Website has been down since August 1st and they did not notify players of their impending closure prior to going down. They also continued to send out promotions right up to the time they closed down. Funny, they advertised their casino as follows,

"As a member of Sandpiper Casino, we assure you that you will not find a higher level of customer service anywhere else. All player accounts are 100% insured."

Since our accounts were insured, we should be getting our money back, right? LOL.

This is definitely and avoid at all costs. Not only does this casino have all the signs of one going under but their software provider (Chartwell) has a hands off approach when it comes to their licencees. It'll be mighty hard to scrap a nickel out on Sand Piper if and when they pull the plug.

Cheers

I didn't receive those offers? Did they allow BJ play?
But seriously I think what you said might be true.

My payment has peen pending since june 22th. First they said 6-10 days then 6-10 business days, then that there was an error with my withdrawal and my file was "pulled by their accounting" (pure bull**** i think) and will be another 3-6 business days. After that they said i should within a day or two, that day never came.

I complained to another site and they said that they are doing some rescturturing and that the transfer would be processed as soon as they are able to do so. Unfortunately, they were not able to provide a time frame on when this would occur.

My personal opinion is that they are definately going under if the affiliate program was also pulled . They never before offered 200% deposit bonuses, untill june and july, i think they are just outright trying to steal players money and walk away.

I certainly hope you're right, Bonuslover. Unfortunately, the last two well-known Chartwell casinos to go under, Six Gun and Carib Sunshine, closed without paying their players. Hopefully, it will be different this time around, but I have my doubts.

I just got word they shut down their affiliate program. That isn't a great sign and makes you believe this place is going under shortly. I'd stay away from this place from here on in.

Hi. I made a Neteller withdraw request 19 days ago on July 6th, but still haven't received any payment. Is anyone else experiencing slow pay at Sandpiper Casino?
