My bank did talk to Mark about the fraud. He said yes they did string me along in paying me hoping that site owner would bring account to positive balance. Told the bank I was far from a model citizen, and that I was a drunk. That ultimately anyone that plays at their sites do so at their own risk, because if the site owners account is negative you will not get paid.
Now the site owner claims he has over $12,000.00 which Player Center took for legal fees but never gave him a detailed bill. When he made threats to him they actually turned the table over and said it was illegal for him to buy a license being a US resident and that it would come out and he would probably go to jail. Since the site owner is gutless he told me in an email he decided to cut his losses.
I would think someone in the Curacao government could help. Any suggestions anyone?

IGS already has a bad name in the business - they're the proud folks who licensed casino software to a teenaged college student and have been in numerous scrapes involving the none or slow payment of players.
The company uses a tweaked ersion of the Futurebet software, itself the holder of a chequered reputation.

Player Center processed over $5000.00 USD on my debit card in purchases and promised my checks were in the mail. Later I discovered that the casino site owner's account was negative and there was no money to pay me anything. Watch carefully for any casino site offering live help ia LivePerson and labeled as Player Center. They are fraudulent and also watch for any casino site branded by Interactive Gaming Systems claiming to be licensed by the government of Curacao. It's all lies, no one can help you if you have a claim against them. They sell licenses to Casino wannabee's mainly in the United States, and if the license owner complains they threaten to turn them over to the United States government for illegal ownership in an internet casino site.
