I've just had a good run on Intercasino's Pontoon and I split two aces and it worked fine for me

I think you'd better try other software such as microgaming,playtech...

Does it ever happen with lesser hands? Seems odd that it would only happen on a big win. From another forum:

So I'm grinding out the William Hill monthly bonus, and after some pretty crazy swings with Pontoon I manage to go up 2 pounds over my bonus. After about 35 minutes, I get double Aces, and split. Two queens land. Woohoo! Just as the animation starts playing to SHOW ME THE MONEY, William Hill Casino crashes. Unprecedented and irrevocably. I had to restart, and of course I didn't get paid.

This wretched bug is still there. I split aces, pulled pontoons...and the casino anished on me. And, again, the log iewer doesn't record the wagered total, though all the hands are there.

Crypto, please FIX this bug.

Do you know if this is the same Playboy which used to be Microgaming (and part of Ladbrokes), or is this something un-related?
Great news that it's Crypto - my favourite software!

I have everything crossed that the new Playboy & the new Ritz will be just as reputable as the old ones, and will offer new and existing customers a nice S.U.B!

On the plus side, Crypto has been doing well in a business sense and Ritz constituted 2 percent of their revenues. It is nevertheless a high profile name and one they will have been sad to lose, I am sure.

Also on the positive side, they signed up Playboy's new site, and Intercasino and Interpoker operator Overseas Internet Gaming Entertainment NV signed up for a further term to 2012.

CRYPTO FIRST QUARTER PROFIT UP 58 PERCENT

And Playboy joins the software club

Turnkey provider Cryptologic's investors have had a good week, with a 71 percent increase in dividends on a rising share price and the news that the companys first quarter profits have soared 58 percent to $7.7 million.

The company has also reported that its software has attracted more customers, including the...

It crashed - though I don't know if that coincided with nullifying those sessions in the log iewer. It didn't effect the casino side, since as you say all wagers turned out to have been corretly recorded.

I had a long losing streak at the Ritz, lasting for 6 months or so. I would deposit, get the bonus and then bust out ery quickly. My luck turned in February, I have been winning even without the bonus.

FTR, I almost always lose at Ritz. It would take an awful lot to persuade me to even contemplate there was anything wrong with Crypto software, but my performance at Ritz is diabolical. Still, most likely just ariance.

There is definitely something 'buggy' with Crypto Pontoon:-

At Will Hills the software often crashes after I spilt aces, just before the payout.

And at Intercasino I always lose!

Spot the problem.

The solution, happily, was simply to log out and log back in again.
