Cirrus screwed me out of $2500 and then changed their own rules when I pointed out that there was no $1000 max cashout listed in their rules for my promotion. I have their old rules saved and the new rules now exist on their site. Total scam never play there. I want to organize a group to boycott this garbage casino.

I wonder when do you guys learn NOT TO PLAY THESE ROGUE CASINOS.
Please refer to Casinomeisters rogue lists & Sportsbookreview.com black lists just for starters.
Also this story is quite interesting, from a guy who worked in the business:

Having just been ripped off as you know by their RTG "brothers in arms" at Crystal Palace for $22 grand, I know what you're feeling!!
It's about time somebody got through to the senior execs at RTG and really started a major campaign to stop all of these clowns!
You know the old saying.."money talks, bull**** walks!" ..well maybe if the RTG affiliates started to truly feel the drain of gambling $$$ something could be done beyond having to work through Montana, Casinomeister etc.
Good luck my friend with these bottom feeders!!!

They actually changed their tems and conditions of their promo rules after I attempted to cashout. I have the orignal terms and conditions saved and also the new terms and conditions. This place is ery shady.

Man, I just love this thread. Been following it here, at Meister’s, and God knows where else. This stiff joint is precisely why I pretty much all together stopped playing Casinos online, only exception would be Inter and Pinnacle.
What can I say? I’m glad I NEVER touched RTG after TVS. They were scum then, they are scum now, still stiffing people left and right - at least some things never change in this shady industry! It will remain shady as long as morons like Cirrus are in it.

My apology for not having updated this anymore lately. I am overseas currently and have not been able to stay on this issue anymore.
Cirrus has never paid me a single cent.
Casinoinvestiagator, thanks for the tip. I however have tried to talk to Amit already and he of course claims that they have nothing to do with Cirrus.
Its a real pain... but Karma will come back.

Through this whole journey here so far I have always been wondering about why Christine did not care to give a statement about this at all.
She followed this thread (as well as the others) all the time and could have easily proven her "innocence", has there been any...!
What an unserious outfit Cirrus is.... And I keep hearing more every day...

I can not watch their "ignorance at will" along with attempted non-payments of different customers (as well as me) anymore.
Let us know the outcome, Odp. I will compose an email then.

Bethug, are you an ambulance chaser? No offense guy, but I don't see where ohdreampop asked you for your help. If it were me and I wanted your help, I'd go to your site and ask for it there. The thought of someone looking into my personal business, unsolicited, is just plain creepy.

My cashout was approved on April 1st (April Fools Day joke?) and nothing. There is also another issue, which I won't mention here until I give her a solid chance to resolve first. They know exactly what I am referring to.

I get this problem all the time, all the time, and these folks walk off ery angrily and tell all their friends that online casinos are all frauds. I help the best I can, tell everyone to read the WR, but new players don't want to read and don't want to count hands or play games that don't turn them on. They want to put their money down and play something they enjoy, no worries.
Bonuses need to be looked at and perhaps redesigned. I will be posting more about this in a sepera... | | Read Entire Entry |

I agree S. It would be like saying that cars or guns dont kill but humans do. I wrote that comment on bonus non-sustainability from an industry wide perspective. Cirrus has the 'honour' of belonging to a group that started the high bonus model. They cant turn back and they dont know how to manage it in it's current form. They have created a monster, one that has its claws on you. Lets face it, shady operators give big bonuses, as it is not their customer service or fast payouts that attract players. Not saying that all who give big bonuses ar shady BTW.

I love this solution also - but there are too many popup blockers so maybe too many wouldn't see it. But reaching the customer just before they deposit is the right idea, I think.
