No, that's not the point. I don't want to withdraw the money through moneybookers but to play with them. It's not money laundering. I want just to play. And to play legal .

Thank you for the advice. What you say is not so unknown for me. But I have several bugs in e-gold only. I "won" them in internet (don't ask me how - ponzies, mlm, etc... ). I was looking for a method (program, service and so on...) to transfer them to moneybookers, but I didn't find any reliable, because it is not legal. I don't know exactly why moneybookers, paypal and others refuse it in their TOS but it's a fact . So I am forced to use e-gold.
P.S. I am Bulgarian, I can't use the other payment methods you mentioned except moneybookers.

In fact, most good and reliable casinos doesn't accept e-gold.
