I made a deposit of 40$ just to try them out.
...they are the worst. I manage to play them up to around 100$ - I havenīt received any bonus at that time.
The next day they had added a 8$ bonus - and when asking them to remove the bonus I was told to wager around 12k$ before it was possible
I lost my money and will never return to them!

I deposited there in January after they offered me an incredible bonus, which also had a large WR combined with a max payout ceiling. It was possible to play Jacks or Better, or so I was instructed in an e-mail. So I gave it a try.
I won't say that the software is rigged. I was doing OK. The problem was that the JOB game keeps locking me out. The CSR told me that they were checking the software because the game was underpaying, but at the time I was ahead. Then I played the single deck BJ. It didn't count towards the WR, but I got ahead on that too. Then I got locked out of the BJ too. I would pop back in and try to play some more, but the games I want to play keep getting locked. When I enquired about how much I have wagered towards the WR, they tried to tell me that the JOB play didn't count. After arguing with them they agreed to count it, but I still can't play JOB. I doubt I'll ever finish the WR.
Avoid this place!

Here's the latest position on Black Dog, as explained in a response to our query:
It appears that the "Diamond Gaming" is not a reference to the software as was at first misinterpreted, but is the title of the ownership company formed by a group of marketing affiliates.

We are actually 10 affiliates from different places that meet each other in a conference and after being ripped off in several times we put money together and rebuild one dead casino to clean it's name and manage our own clients in a trust environment. unquote
The software is now Bet Soft Gaming, with which I am not personally familiar and we have been assured that Rafael Alexander aka Eskandrian is not involved in any way.
The re-launch took place on May 5 this year.

Interesting - I took a look and the site has had a revamp. On the header is the legend "Under new management since May 15" It's still using Diamond software but with more games.
This may be a case of a casino going under and the turnkey provider retaining the domain and re-assigning it to another customer once the dust has settled.

Blackdog closed in June 2004 when it was using Diamond software, so this may be a resurrection under new ownership.
I seem to recall a notorious name being involved at that time - Rafael Alexander alias Eskandrian.

I remember blackdog problems from long ago, but don't remember details anymore.
I agree with bethug, stick with some of the bigger outfits.
If anyone knows whether Blackdog is under new management or ownership, that may be interesting.

With the enormous amount of choice and still many ripe bonuses I would stay away from a place such as this. Always scary when casinos in a given group are closing and reopening, doesnt show much stability in an industry that is already unstable often times.
They may and probably will pay but I wouldnt trust a big deposit there.
Cheers

The other casino in the same group, Mango Casino is also closed and remained closed.
Back then like other small time casinos there were complaints about not getting paid. I myself was not interested in trying them as their wager requirment was 40x and BJ was excluded.
