"We shall fight on the beaches. We shall fight on the landing grounds. We shall fight in the fields , and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills. We shall never surrender".

We also dont give a damn about being banned by a poxy Bingo operator who doesnt pay thier debts.

It looks like that message board thread caused them to ban British players. This a first. I suppose they didn't have many Britsh players playing bingo, then. Even Danes are allowed to play there, I think. Maybe they've set a new trend? Danish, then British to be banned. The casinos usually copy each other. I th... | | Read Entire Entry |

I would definitely beware of any casino/bingo site that uses Parlay aka Dot Com Entertainment Group software. I have had a total of 5 payment problems with online casinos in the past and three of them used this software. One was bingogold.net for $800, one was bingobilly.com for $2000, and one was winbig.com for $1500. In each instance, I contacted Parlay and they informed me that they only license their software to these sites and they have no control over payment issues. Of course, Parlay has a license agreement with each site that is based on the sites profits. Not paying winners definitely leads to greater profits, at least over the short run.
These Parlay sites just seem to come and go so please be careful out there.

Thanks for the offer of help Sirius - help is always appreciated.
My main concern however was to point out what looks like another rogue casino and to warn others about making major deposits.
I may of course just be a flash in the pan but I tend to believe that when a casino group starts acting in this manner that it isnt going to get any better.

I just saw your message on that site. If you clicked on their affiliate link they seem to have cancelled the winnings but I'm not sure if this is their final decision.
It's true that this affiliate would have sent them loads of players that won, but the players did nothing wrong. The bonus wasn't actually cashable but most people won. I will email them about it if it isn't sorted out.

Heh - are they by any chance related to any of the Grand Virtual casinos (Treasure, Imperial etc.).
Some casinos don't like affiliates that send winners. Instead of dumping the affiliate they just don't pay winners - "because they signed up through a barred partner." I guess this habit was picked up by Bingo Hall. Are you an advantage bingo player? A bingo shark?

As the title says - I have just found out that Bingo Hall ( http://www.bingohall.com/ ) have decided not to pay my winnings of a measley $68.
This bunch didnt even have the decency to send out any emails but waited untill I contacted them to question where my money was.
The reason they gave for not paying was that "they were unhappy with the affiliate I signed up through". They also confirmed that I had not broken any rules.
What does "unhappy with affiliate" actually mean ?
