I thought of posting this, if the player doesnt know where to post his dispute with Powerbet (all RTG casinos). The correct address now is:http://disputes.realtimegaming.com/.

Stop this infantile behaviour. You are doing a disservice to the player.

bang100, I do not think that 6 month clause will be interpreted to your favor. As the casino could argue any person could rely on the clause and come back every 6 months to open a new account - that's definitely not what the casino has in mind. The clause will only be brought up when they want to close your account and that's it.

That is a ery good point for you, Bang. Most likely you will not get paid though unless you want to push it really, really hard. Why did you play with these suckers though? Did you not know who they were?

There is a several dozen members of this forum who have been stolen money by this group in the past and I would recommend you to browse the most recent threads to understand the trap you fell in.

I would recommend you to stay on the case, report it to Montana (or now Hastings?) and see if that brings anything. You however already made a BIG mistake by ever depositing at Powerbet!

It would be great if someone had the abilities and interest to organize a mass-lawsuit against Curran, so his theft can try to be stopped. A while ago a member of this forum (wesriv) was about to do this already but then disappeared in silence....

These two points are from powerbets casino general terms and condition

1.''All accounts that are inactive for a 6 month period will be deemed to be inactive and will be closed.
2. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

I am curious if they have let you win before and honored it? or is this the first time you won there? If this is true, then i would get an attorney to ask them why they reneged on the BIG win...

This is not Oliver Curran. Powerbet is running their own operation along with a couple other joints.

Legally, the Casino has the right to close your account and not pay you. It is however up to them to find a fair solution for this case and I would not expect this from Powerbet.
Bang, did you not remember that you had an old account there?

I feel for you.
But the burden has always been on the player. He should keep a record of the casinos he has an account with.

I can't stand this group of casinos and their past actions but you clearly defied the terms by setting up 2 accounts. IMHO the casino in this 1 instance has proper footing.

While i was playing at powerbet online casino, i got lucky and hit a $10000 randum jackpot. But all my winning was null and oid by saying that i had two accounts.
According to the casino my first account was opened in 2003 and never been used since then.
This september i got a promo letter with $100 bonus. When i downloaded the casino software and installed i was prompted to open a new account, which i did. I redeemed the coupon and started playing and lost it. I deposeted my owen money started to play and got lucky to hit the randum jackpot of $10000. i continued to play and desided to withdraw my winning.
What i got is nothing, not even my owen money.
Is there any thing i can do to get my winnings? Is it normal to consider an account that had never been loged in as an active and use it rob people of their winnings?
Can any one help me or tell me what to do?
