these rogue online casinos are just players nightmares. The only thing I can do is to blacklist them and advise webmasters to stop promoting. But it is not easy as it looks : webmasters who earn a lot with them do not wanna hear this. Sad that they can only see $$ as most important factor.

Come on, Dominique. I've even seen it myself, and my experience of these things is zero in comparison to yours. Stop being so coy. Maybe you don't call it "dick licking", but you know exactly what I'm talking about.

You just can't cut it out. It can grow back and even spread faster.
If you don't know what your doing.

KK: I appreciate your input, and yes I agree with you that "mudslinging" is usually not a good idea.

That stated, what I find ery bizarre in the online gambling world, is that folks who have been taken advantage of, are expected to play this "nicey nice" game ia message boards lest they "offend" the casino operator who screwed them royally in the first place!

And let's not forget, that the reason most of us wind up here, is because these operators have poor or non-existent customer service links, send abusive and threatening emails back to us when we INQUIRE about our winnings, or ignore us altogether.

It's rather like medieval times, when the lords of the manner would determine when - and if - the serfs would get even crumbs of bread! Best behave or else!

If the casino operators who read these posts want to make these better - they know the answer: it's called PAYING UP!!!!!!!!

I can totally understand the frustration, but the point is name-calling & mud-slinging is hardly likely to improve your chances of getting a satisfactory outcome, now is it?

You have to remember that these rogues are known to regularly isit these forums too.

Those are the dates for the ICE, but there is limited alue in pressing claims there. These are marketing events, where casinos, affiliates and sellers get together to lick each others' dicks but where nothing of substance regarding player-assistance is achieved. I doubt you'd even find RTG front-line people to tackle, and if you did they'd say "very interesting, but please send me an email...".

That's not to say I don't think people should make their presence felt, but be realistic about the options.

Not to be too cynical but...

I don't believe the Meister can offer much assistance with Cloud run casinos.....that's no knock on Bryan, it's just the way things are at this juncture.....of course, GA can always try to PAB on his site,,,there's no harm in that.... BUT.....take it from personal experience (and RECENT personal experience at that..) the Cloud group of casinos are thumbing their cumulative noses at just about everybody, and that includes casino watchdogs. Moreover, please refer to my other post this morning about Montana Disputes , and you'll discover they have faded into the sunset as well.

Yes, there are SOME well run RTG casinos - no argument there.
Unfortunately, they also have the lion's share of rogue operators flying under their banner, and Crystal Palace in particular - is the poster child for bad/borderline criminal behavior.

Finally KK, please stop telling folks like myself and GA to "cease and desist" with using language that is a ta...

If it's just software, why are companies using Microgaming all paying up?

Hope the mods here don't mind - but I suggest you go to CasinoMeister & 'Pitch a Bitch'.
He might be able to help.
In the meantime you should not post any more derogatory stuff about the scumbags and remain polite in all your correspondence with these crooks.

It's not the software. There are a few reputable RTG's - probably about half of them are OK.
The only reason I can think of is that maybe RTG will sell their software to anyone, while Microgaming & CryptoLogic insist on certain business practice gaurantees...?

As I'm sure you've read GA, I am in the midst of a $22,000 + thievery issue from these rogues...it's well past three months since my incident and they're still playing games...

What truly amazes me is the many different reasons Cloud and his cronies cite for withholding winnings: If isn't some obscure bonus "abuse" rules, then it's threatening emails from a spouse (my case) , or "questionable" account openings at sister casinos, or that your last name ends in a G and your a Scorpio....whatever...it's all a big scam...

Again, it's high time for these casino "watchdogs" to start getting their teeth back and really taking these bozos to task.

As for RTG, remember they are merely "software developers".....that's the company line right?,,,,and unless a group ...

I'm thinking in the lines with Caruso. I was thinking of having some sites similar to crystalpalcecasino.com so if people mistype it they get led into a site that warns users. There's one problem which is that I need to start studying for my exams (I'm a law student) so I don't have time to pursue this. But fter having lost such winnings, I can't bear to just let this go.

joeyl: thanks for your willingness to help. Email me at jungs04@yahoo.com You are probably right about people getting suckered still since the reason I played there was because I was new to online gambling and didn't know any better. I only found these forums afterwards.

What an absolute f**king joke this is. Is there nothing can be done about this scam? RTG is a "major" provider - how the hell much longer are they going to carry on letting Cloud rip off customers left right and centre like this?

I remember once reading a comment from Bryan Bailey that Warren Cloud was a "pretty rich guy". Well, Jesus Christ, of course he's rich, he doesn't pay his winners. It's pretty bloody easy to get rich like that.

What a joke this is. RTG lets this scum do absolutely anything he wants.

Crystal Palace and it's sister sites are not paying up the bigger wins.
They removed 23k winning from my account naiming a bull**** reason.
This was a win from depositing $1,000. I was desperate after losing more than 10k at arious casinos in matter of five hours. I felt so relieved after I won some back only to find out that I am being cheated. I had heard numerous stories circling around of being wins not being paid by this scum casino Crystal Palace and it's 9 other sister companies. (scroll down for list of these 9 others to avoid playing.) They had no problem taking my losses but when I did win they refused. A win like this was ery rare and it is devastating to not be able to claim it especially after having lost money so quick.

To give some history of my situation, the $1000 deposit was my 2nd deposit which I deposit after I lost all my original deposit and bonus few days prior. They removed all my money by saying that I had 70 in the account at the time of the $1000 deposit a...
