I don`t think that there are casinos like you would like them to be.. casinos wants to earn money and won`t give you cash for "free".. but if you find a casino who is a "surewin" , just tell me.

Just buy Ciphers system and every casino will be sure win, you should be rich within hours as you can beat a casino without a bonus!!!

Actually there were casinos refunding portions of losses. Some Cryptologic casinos come to mind.
It wasn't ery popular, I guess because no one wants to think about losses when they sign up to gamble.
No idea if they still do it.

Vegas Palms Flash casino has been ery VERY generous to me personally...I have won pretty darn good there and have no problem getting my cash right back though net teller...they are ery nice and the winnings were big...not sure if that is what you want, but I have had more luck there than any where else.
