{edit} Post edited after reading their T&C's:-
They do allow Blackjack in the WR for these subsequent bonuses, and it says for these that WR does not carry over if balance below $2 (I think it said!).
Without seeing the T&C's for the freebie (not obvious on the site), it's impossible to judge. But it does sound like this player has a alid win & should get paid.
Note for newbies: ALL bonuses come with some form of WR - and it is pretty rare for BlackJack to be allowed in play. ALWAYS always always always read the T&C's BEFORE you deposit!!!

Welcome to the forum, secretstep. You need to check the terms and conditions that were in force at the time you signed up. If they said that the wagering requirement carries over if you lose, then you are out of luck. Even if they did not, you may still have problems. See http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?p=127911.

hi winners,
I played on Joyland Casino.
First, I got $30 no deposit bonus and lost all.
Later, I deposited $20, $20, $20, $100 and got bonuses $10, $15, $20, $200.
I played Blackjack mostly and now I'm $400.
I tried to withdraw, but they say I need to wager $2970 on slots and arcade games.
I looked up for that term, and it says that, in order to withdraw $30 bonus, I need to wager $2970 on slots and arcades.
but the point is, I lost that $30.
Do you think I have to play $2970 on slots and arcades to get my $400 back? or call the casino to fight back?
It's really lame that they ask me to wager $2970 for the no deposit bonus I lost in the beginning.
What you guys think?
