I don't know about the 'Meister, but my information is much the same as that here - that WC has sold his share in CP for an undisclosed amount. I've seen nothing official to corroborate or refute that.
The word some time ago was that the CP IPO on the London exchange was apparently withdrawn when "major investors" provided the funds sought through a private placement, rendering an IPO unnecessary. I don't know if those investors are still involved or are part of the reported WC sale deal.

I spoke with Scott Mosely at cac 2006, I believe that was his name. You will not get no straight answers from them. They will cover up to protect RTG and any RTG customer that gives them mucho money. All you can do is pushing and pushing.

I just got off the phone with one of my contacts, and she believes that Warren Cloud is still ery much involved with the "new" Crystalisle Group that runs Crystal Palace and seven other RTG powered casinos based on information she recently uncovered.
Additionally, according to an ex CP customer service staffer, Cloud has been instructed BY RTG THEMSELVES to "lay low" due to the increased number of "high profile" complaints being lodged ia the internet!
So, I would hope that perhaps those folks "in the know" (Casinomeister, Jetset, etc. etc.) could perhaps either corroborate or refute this piece of information.
I think it's critically important to know if Cloud has in fact exited the business (as had been previously reported), or is still pretty much calling the shots - or at least actively participating in those shots - from behind the scenes.
It appears that RTG founder Daniel Schultz and current CEO Michael McMain will both ... | | Read Entire Entry |

I got some snail mail spam from CP - still under the "Crystal Gaming" name chosen for that abortive float last year.
Nothing has changed, you can be sure of that. It's just an artifice to muddy the waters. Why would Cloud ditch a multi-million pound operation while its still profitable?

Just curious..
Has anyone uncovered anything further relative to the supposed new ownership group at Crystal Palace?
One one think that if in fact Mr. Cloud has exited the business - or at least control of this enterprise - there would have been a bit more fanfare or "inside information" from those online gambling sages he has kept in contact with over the years.
Incidentally, Online Casino City, has changed the Crystal Palace ownership to Doleplex Holdings (which in many respects, is not a formal "change"
- as Doleplex has always been listed as the principal owner on the CP site...)
Ranked 11th out of 87 RTG sites..that's high praise!

It would also be worth knowing who owns Crystalise Management Ltd. I don't know how much information is made available to the public by the Cyprus register of companies.

Owner does not equal management, and usually new owners don't change things by 5am on the day after they bought something but more like a month or so after they have been watching and taking notes etc.
You don't even know if s/he plans to change management, which is often one of the main problems.
Wait and see.

Same "Safebet" nonsense:
Quote:
Crystal Palace Casino is a SafeBet certified online casino which means our online casino games are independently tested by a well-respected, non-profit gaming organization. Safebet membership for online casinos requires sufficient resources to operate at the highest standards and fair play.
If this were a new management who had updated the "about us" page with those management details, why would they leave this? "Safebet" was dumped by RTG long ago.
New owner my arse.

What I was looking for was an announcement from Bailey as per the quote above - that's what was stumping me, I couldn't find it anywhere on his site. I realise now the management address and operation name comes directly from the CP website:
hxxp://www.crystalpalacecasino.com/about.asp
Quote:
This casino (hxxp://www.crystalpalacecasino.com) is owned and operated by: Crystalisle Management Ltd. based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
However, why is it suggested that this is NOT Cloud's property still? It still appears to be no more than rumour-mongering. "Crystal Gaming", "Crystalise"...hardly proof of anything, is it?
I'm not at all sure this isn't just a big, fat red herring. Until I see something more categoric I'm assuming Wazza is still at the helm here.
