Good evening to everybody,
I am fortunate enough to have received a $50 free gift from Entropay because I came runner up in a promotion. Not a bad start, fingers crossed I don't fritter it away on the tables
Cheers

Will definitely be sending a fax to IBAS on Monday morning.
I didn't want to do it yet because I was hoping CasinoMeister would be able to help and didn't want IBAS to be disrupting his work as well but I think IBAS and the Meister could be working together anyways so I'm sending it out.
I will NEVER let this case go until Bet365 pays every cent they owe!

Well this time.... if I believe everything I read from both parties.... seems to me the only fraud that has been committed was against the player.
At the end of the day, his funds were good, his bets were accepted, any losses would be kept and any wins are owed. All the other stuff seems like... "so what?".

It would appear as though LUCKY STRIKE has struck out and left the building. I would'nt let a whole lot of time go by on this before you file a formal complaint with iBAS.
Have a good one.

Bet365 has never been good to me either. They have a weekly $5000 freeroll but once I won $60 in it and they wouldn't let me take it out. I would only put money into a trusted site such as poker.com which I have been using for over a year with no problems.

I read your thread on the other site, and note this additional contact from "Entropay", which is apparently a UK-based company:
Quote:
Dear xxxxx,
Thank you for your email and the faxed documents.
Please note that we have received word from PartyPoker that one of your accounts has been permanently closed with themselves due to financial fraud.
This is something that we take ery seriously and are therefore unable to reactivate any of your accounts that you have with ourselves.
You accounts xxxx and xxxx will all be closed and we shall inform bet365 accordingly of our findings.
It does seem that Entropay are somewhat spectacularly in breach of client confidentiality, particularly in the light of the excellent feedback provided in this post.
I wonder if our "Luckystrike" has any further input on this?

Just an update to you all who is following this...
I've been working with Party these few days trying to resolve the problem and they would like my Police Report so as to prove that an Identity Theft has occurred and after that, the will have to pass it to their own legal department and etc to investigate further.
So, I guess my problem with Party is almost resolved. They have already agreed to have a look at my case and not only that, they will also be investigating on this case which is a good thing.
Now, the problem is only with Entropay and Bet365. Not even Party is involved in this matter anymore.
This is a portion from an email I received from PartyGaming recently. The part before this talks about my Party account(s) and also what I should do and etc to get it resolved with them so it's not really relevant in this case.

Bethug:
Entropay works exactly like PayPal.
At the time itself Bet365 did actually receive the money from Entropay. It is totally 100% clean. Nothing wrong with it at all. They requested documentations from me I sent it in and yet they say it's inconsistant or whatsoever. Now, they refunded the money to me.
Caruso:
Thanks for the info. I'm not sure what will happen right now. Have actually PAB with the meister. Hope that something will come out of there or if not, I will start going the other way which is the iBAS way.
I'm not even sure what else to do anymore right now. I shouldn't involve too many people at time being as to not chase our own tails. I'll see what the meister can do to help and take it from there.
Thanks for the help! (both Caruso and Bethug)

I think I heard that before from CasinoMeister's forum when they banned you. However, I could not recall which time - perhaps they said something similar both times.

Aodat, how are you proceeding here? Is anyone helping, or do you plan on filing a complaint ia the appropriate channels? The message boards will get you nowhere beyond useful feedback.

How come the punter was allowed to win, then got flagged by Entropay?
How come the punter was'nt barred long ago?
I am guessing this is the London Office dealings Luckystrike. Is this an official comment you have made, or just personal opinion?

I don't think referring to any specific posts of yours is necessary.
I know how its like to be a hustler - been there and done that.
A casino like Bet365 is solid, solid, solid and period.
Some $4,000 US is like GBP2,500 which is really lose change to these guys.
They won't even look at it if you drop it in front of their doorsteps.
Tip: usually when a casino of this size wants to jerk off fraudsters they would usually give you a run-around upon a withdrawal request. Asking you to fax it this and that and delay your payment for a couple of days but they will pay you eventually and that's it. They hope you'd be smart enough to leave and don't come back. When they decide to confiscate - tsk tsk tsk, you must have done something so so so wrong. You should be glad you got your deposit back especially when you are caught doing chargebacks in the past.
Tip2: just write it off this time, take it as a lesson learnt. Especially if its really not your money to... | | Read Entire Entry |

Multiple Credit Cards, my foot.
As Caruso said, have you NOT erified all the credit cards that I have on file which I used to fund the account? Did I not send in anything to you?
I have sent in ALL documentations to Entropay.
1. Photo ID
2. Address Verification
3. Credit Card copy (2 cards even though only 1 card was charged)
4. Authorization Letter
Are you telling me that I have not sent in any erification documents? If I'm a fraudster like you said I am, would I be sending in all the above documents? I wouldn't be doing anything of this sort if your allegations are true.
Ps. By the way, which posts actually lead you to believe that I'm a fraudster, Bonuslover? I'd like to explain myself if you could tell me which post actually lead you to believe that.

How are these "additional" accounts funded? Have you erified the credit cards (presumably the funding method)? Are any of Aodat's credit cards not erified?
I do not find your ague accusations convincing. You can ask him to provide erification documentation on all the cards he uses as proof of his "fraud". It seems you haven't done this.
I would seriously consider filing a complaint with iBAS. As long as all the documentation is in order, I do not see "Entropay" (who I never heard of before this) or Bet365 having half a leg to stand on.

That's 100% what I thought- having read everything he had posted in the past I believe he is a fraudster.

Let’s get some facts straight. I happen to be connected with EntroPay at the present time…Bet365 and EntroPay do not close accounts randomly.
It happens that aodat2 has recently created a number of accounts with EntroPay with conflicting details and tried registering multiple credit cards. Although aodat2 has tried giving us all sorts of excuses for this behaviour like for instance being the ictim of identity theft in the past or using a wireless connection all our evidence indicates that he has opened the accounts in bad faith.
It is hilarious for aodat2 to complain about the treatment he received when upon checking our records I find that we have someone who has opened an EntroPay Account using username ‘aodat2’ (and using the same name/address) back in 2005 on which we have received chargebacks!
All merchants have a zero tolerance level for fraud. aodat2 has all the credentials for a fraudster and all his deposits were refunded in full to avoid being hit by him again.... | | Read Entire Entry |

Bullsh*t. Gambling ops don't close accounts because a financial processor "told them to". They opportunistically close them on such information to avoid substantial debts.
Assuming any or all financial instruments you've used with Bet365 are clean, nothing of anything Entrobet may have correctly or incorrectly determined about your dealings with them affects Bet365 in the slightest. They're just trying to welch on your payment.
They're regulated by ibas - see the about us page:

I never understand how the casinos can use the SAME IP rule to justify their customer’s exclusions. Every time I switch on my modem I get a different IP and I’m sure 99% of internet users are on dynamic IP as well.
Perhaps you should ask Entropay when this other user registered their account. Was it the same day as you or at some other time? If it was another time how can they prove it was you? It may just be another internet surfer. Isn’t it possible???

Here's a summary of the story...
I deposited $1000 to Bet365 ia Entropay in hopes that I could play and win some money. Everything went smoothly until the point where I made a withdrawal of $5750 then everything turned sour.
At first it was Entropay who requested additional documents from me then Bet365 also followed suit and requested them from me too. Of coz, I sent in all the documents without hesitation and sent in everything within a day.
Entropay for some reason was not comfortable with the situation as there was previously someone else who registered an account with them with my IP as well (we are on a dynamic IP, no dedicated IP for everyone). So, they decided to close my account and have adviced Bet365 about the state of my account.
Next to follow is Bet365 taking the decision to close my account because accordingly Entropay decided to ask them to do so with my account. So now, I'm stuck with a pending withdrawal of $5750.
