Their BJ is the best, period. Fun and surprises are important aspects of the game - you seem to forget about this. Their 'tie wins' BJ is extremely fun, and I have to say their cards are the most unpredictable in the industry.

Sorry, but support IS important. I play at a few casinos that I don't have 'problems' with, but have still needed to call support for clarification a few times. The best casinos have used those calls to make sure I stay a loyal customer. Having a professional, competent and responsive support center is a must for me. No big name makes up for that.

1. You don't need phone support with Harrods!
VERY unlikely to run into any problems.
2. They have arguably the fairest & lowest house edge games on the net.
3. They have regular promotions.

I checked out Harrods from what you and bonuslover said their site says they only offer phone support for 7 hours a day (?!). Support is a big thing for me - can you tell me what else is so good about them to make up for that?!

Everyone mentions bodog, but I have an additional question about them...I once bet about fifty dollars on their site...but about eight days later, two more charges that had not been done at the exact time I was playing went through..when i called customer service, they said that the didn't put them through the same day i played, and this was suspicious to me...as it always shows up in either netteller, or my bank account..and i was charged again...so i disconnected with them...Maybe I was wrong, and confused, but i have never seen when you don't have the money actually come out of your account at the exact time you were playing. My apologies to them, if I am wrong...just wondered if anyone else had that problem?

Quite a few others have seriously poor Customer Service.
But most are OK.

Oh dear. An awful lot of Microgaming casinos are most definitely NOT OK. Very few are without issues of payment or blatant malpractice.

As above, being in the USA unfortunately precludes you from the ery best (Intercasino, 32Red, Harrods, etc.), but at least Cali is OK for most MG's which are mostly OK (avoid Casino Rewards group!).
RTG's are mostly dodgy at best, but BoDog, 49er & Main Street Group are OK.
If you like slots, then you might like to look at Hype.

Thanks for asking but NO. I don't have more than 1 account with them. In this case, it's purely BLACK and WHITE. Nothing more or less on here. The story is exactly as it is, nothing more nothing less.
They even asked for Address Verification, Photo ID and a Credit Card copy to be sent to them as erification. I sent in all that and yet this happens.
So, if you'd say that this is liberal then I guess I don't know what it means if it's otherwise.

From my experience BET365 is the most liberal casino out of England when it comes to fraudulent players. I am NOT saying you are one. But when they decided to lock your account I 100% believe there was something more than what you provided.
