This one does't get it, and doesn't want to get it either.
Over 5 months without payment!!!!!
I deposited $75 on August 31, 2006 as part of a sign-up bonus. I met the wagering requirements and then some before cashing out $81.65 on September 2, 2006. For the past five months I have been lied to by customer service at Monaco Grand. They have been telling me that I was paid until recently. They even gave my fictitious transaction ID numbers. The money never arrived in my Firepay account as requested. I was concerned that somehow the withdrawal of Firepay from processing payments was somehow involved here, but Firepay recently confirmed they never received the money. As recently as January 17th Mo... | | Read Entire Entry |

I cashed out there in the first few days they opened and was credited 2 days later with no problems . I usually get some sort of promotion in my email every week and have always been treated well . That is just my experience but thought I would share some positive.

Nice of the player to stop by and acknowledge the fact NOT.
Not having the courtesy to say "thank you" to people who support you after a successful resolution is tantamount to forum-abuse in my opinion.

This has been resolved to the player's satisfaction
It was an isolated issue that was caused by a query that did not execute the way it should have and the error has been sorted for the future.
If there are issues we will sort - nothing too hectic for us to handle
Please bear in mind though that there will be a few issues until we are solidly cemented with all the processes, and thank you for your patience - we will make as much effort as humanly possible to rectify any issues that may crop up...
Cheers!

Perhaps the term is not 'don't get it right" but "won't get it right".

I had an irritating withdrawal experience here. Depositing with debit card, I received my winnings quickly but the deposit amount didn't show up until fully two weeks later, in spite of being apparently sent before the winnings. I also had to put in a request for a bank wire, with all my bank details, in spite of my bank account to all intents and purposes being exactly the same as my debit card, being nothing more than the card I use to deposit from my bank account. All they had to do was send everything back to my BA ia the DC.
They also stopped replying to my emails.
This is in comparison to depositing and cashing out in the same manner with Dash (32Red clone), where I received both deposit and winnings in one chunk, with no fuss, within two days, to the same debit card / bank account.
Second decade of Microgaming and some of them still can't perform the simplest of transactions efficiently. It hardly engenders customer confidence.

I am afraid you have mixed up Monaco Gold (a Playtech offering $1,000 sign up bonus) with the brand new Grand Monaco (an MG)
