Kahniwake (a/k/a "CON-A-WACKY" ) is an ENABLER, and is part of the problem not the solution.

Draft 1 from the MAJOR print media outlet working on this unprecedented expose, will be released on this forum soon (I have permission to provide "excerpts".)

Andrew Beveridge, CEO, eCOGRA said, “The players’ response to the survey is a clear testament to the high regard players have for the eCOGRA certification.
.. I think I have seen 2 players post they rate Ecogra. The rest is webmasters and industry folk who know where their bread is buttered best.

The agreement with Khanawake is another black eye.

The KGC can be counted on to disappoint players in irtually every instance when they get involved in dispute resolution.

It isn't that they disappoint when they get involved, it's their failure to get involved that's the problem.

Remember this somewhat mirth-provoking "press release", from about a year and a half ago?

Kahnawá:ke recognizes eCOGRA principles of fair gaming

The industry’s most prominent licencing jurisdiction, the Kahnawá:ke Gaming Commission and the industry’s independent player assurance organisation eCOGRA have agreed to work together to ensure that player protection measures such as fair gaming and disputes resolution are consistently applied across companies operating under their rules.

I wonder how far they got? Are they still beavering away, working on how to apply these principles fairly?

It's an old boys club circuit DC9.

The punter gets to look in from the cold with nose firmly squashed against the window.

The glass is bullet-proof.

I'll send this lady a chaser myself and copy the young lady from Mohawk I.T. I met at the ICE in on it, see if that illicits a response.

Thanks as always, for your help.

I have sent them FIVE emails - all cordial incidentally - and all have been totally ignored.

What's disturbing about this, is that another impacted Crystal Palace player (who is being screwed out of $50,000!) was also led to believe ia Kahnawake that they were "on top of things", but alas, she too has heard nothing further.

The enigmatic Kahnawake Gaming Commission had recently ("recently" defined as 4-6 weeks ago....) reached out to myself and other impacted players stating they were "actively investigating" outstanding claims of impropriety - in fact our friend caruso also noted their supposed zeal at ICE in wanting to help folks who were taken advantage of by unscrupuluous online casinos.

Now comes word, that RTG has been working with Kahnawake behind the scenes, encouraging them to act as a buffer of sorts between the affected players and their licensees, so they can buy more time - and finalize their flight to Curacao. In other words, give us FALSE HOPE, while they hide under some new rocks..

It does seem like this plan is ery plausible, given that I myself was told that if Crystal Palace didn't get back to me WITHIN TWO WEEKS relative to an email dated January 10, upon notification back to Kahniwake, they would take action.....see below:
