If there are a lot of complaints for the mainstreet group why are they accredited at casinomeister ? I do not trust any RTG nowadays, starting to remove them from my sites. Slow payments to players is bad because if you are lucky you want the $$ ASAP.

To be fair, there other RTG casinos that warrant discussion and mention. Currently it seems that half of RTG licenses suck. The same can be said for playtech licenses as far as I know. If we are looking at 50/50 might as well write off at least half of the remainders... market force will eliminate them all eventually... except for the 'low grade infections' Don't think Microgaming will be any different once the corporate thugs enter the online marketplace. Balls are made to be busted in the money world. Diversity is best.

Thanks Eddie for bringing this to my attention. I see lots of complaints for RTG casinos except one - Inetbet. Personally I do not know why players like the rtg software as microgaming has far more games and a way better reputation. I am in the proces of removing all rtg related casinos because players have to get the best support not a rogue place where you can sit on your money for weeks to cash out. I actually almost can not believe the vip promotions for rtg casinos before you know you will get hooked by them and offering you the bluest sky but you actually get bonuses with playthough requirement you can throw a stick at. I just know for a fact that MG and rival casinos are fair to players and that's why rtg casinos start promoting big ND bonuses to get some marketshare back. But it all start with fair practice and honest info to players. Online casino support must be 100% dedicated and not - ow just see our T&C's before you play - is there anything else I can help you with................no thanks!

I just received a check from them a few days ago. They are currently paying in about 4-5 weeks through DHL. I actually play all the Mainstreet group sites, and while they are slow and do not send out any emails about their payouts, they DO pay.

These RTG sites are ritually almost ALL blacklisted for UNFAIR practices software tampering and problems with winners, if lucky enough, getting PAID. I have never heard of this casino before. It is RTG based in Costa Rica, which is not a good sign.

Has anyone had any problems with this casino group?

I haven't read any issues with their old software but what about now? I am waiting for a withdrawal for almost a month and I am getting concerned. Everytime I call in they claim the proper department is not available. They never seem to be available.
