There is no back up at RTG. If a licensee decides not to pay, there is nothing you can do. You can contact any affiliates you can find who promote this group, but the kind of lowlife affiliate who'd promote Virtual is not the kind to be particularly interested in helping players.

You could try scanning and emailing the documents - I have only ever used this method, never crappy faxes - but if they've decided to not pay they will either just go on inventing excuses or clam up and stop responding.

HELP!!!

Virtual Casino is saying that they can not read my faxed information. I have faxed the documents in four times. I have attached the e-mail that I have sent to the Manager. Geez...What a supprise! As of this AM I have not received any type of correspondance.

I was warned by Samantha, at their sister Casino (Prism) that if I posted anything and did not talk to the manager first, that I would "Piss them off". Basically telling me that I would not be paid. Guess that she was right.

I received $482.00 from Prism Casino--I posted my customer service information. The money was to be deposited into my account. They decided to Western Union the money to me, and charged me an additional $18.00.

I still have not been paid by Virtual Casino. Virtual was the Casino that I "won" the random Jackpot.

In my opinion, my hitting the random Jackpot does not justify the term "random". Would it not be interesting to really know how many random jackpot winners there were that werent really paid. Meaning the Casino jackpot says the random is 20,000.00--the person deposited 100.00, they are onlt paid 1,000.00 (because of the 10X rule). However, the Casino absorbes the remaining 19,000.00. I guess the point that I am trying to make is, in my opinion....Virtual Casino allowed me to win the random, knowing they would not have to pay the whole amount. Just my opinion. Seems logical to me.

You should not forget that scummy casinos will send you one set of T&C in the promo e-mail and have another one on their website, and in case of discrepancy, they will apply whichever is more favourable to them. This is the trick that Casino Kingdom pulled on me a couple of years ago, the only casino that successfully cheated me out of my own money.

Agreed, it is not easy. The highstreet betting shops here in the UK have a aried max payout per day. If one bets a 12 horse accumulator for £10, and the winnings come to £12million, they'll only get the max payout permittable.

The difference is, the rules are stuck up on a big poster on the wall in full iew of the punter. Either at the entrance, or at the payout till. All rules are on 1 page too.

# My main point is the terms should be put in the bonus email offering. If I ever worked at a casino that sent out a bonus offer, i'd insist the terms go out in the email. I'd accept 1 webpage, with the terms for the bonus, clearly linked to in the email and a script engaged, whereby if the recipient does not click the link to say they have read and therefore accept the terms, no bone.

Sprayed all around the gaff somewhere deep in the website is just not good enough for a multi-million/billion$ industry to accept as fair cricket.

What can you do? The player always gets ignore...

I prefer civilised BL. No need to apologise to me though.

Your point about the terms is not lost upon me. An old hand like you will know from experience what is, or is not relevant.

The problem is BL, if the less experienced player does do as you advise, ie read the relevant term to the bonus at hand, someone will come a cropper from a term written elsewhere. It happens all the time, then the casino(s) drag out a rule from out yonder and the player gets the middle finger.

Then webmasters say it's in the terms, tough titty, you should have read ALL the terms on the website, and check back constantly too. Every 24 hrs is no good either, because the terms can change anytime, and they are not timestamped

# Put the relevant terms in the promo and make the games unplayable until the player presses "I accept", the terms as is, at the time I say.

The most relevant page is the one titled "Playthrough Requirements"
The info is conveyed in the form of a table - You could say it's long, but each player only needs to look up the part which is relevant to his bonus (below 50%, above 50% etc.) and its not that hard. And the terms are definitely not 'hidden' as you claim - you are not right to say that. As I said earlier and you simply ignored that if the player takes a bonus he must have tried to find out and learn the WR (which in this case it appears the player did or else he would have complaint about WR as well), and in that case, it is almost close to IMPOSSIBLE he would miss the 10x Limit.

Again, I maintain that the terms written by them is pretty well done. If you think the casino is bad because they are many terms, then in this instance all online casinos should be rogued.

By the way I retrieve all insults I used on you, sorry ok and let's keep things civilised.

Your site has more relevance to the thread, than whether I should move to China if I want to live without terms.

Anyway, was that link in the promo?

& you send me a link like it makes your piont alid, which links to 4 seperate pages with 8 rules on each page X a 500-1000 word essay on each page?

Gamblers want to gamble, not read half a novel.

& you are the one with a website advertising every microgaming casino alive. So what if Virtual possibly do have easier read terms than most Micros? That is making my point for me.

Maybe you should block my posts too. You must hate sprinting around with me jogging alongside.

Please I urge you, read this link and could you reaffirm your position that those terms really are "not easily accessible". The Playthrough requirements are written right next to the max cashout clause, so if the player knew about the WR, she couldn't have missed the latter. And damn, now that I really look at it, the whole thing is even better written than many MGs'.

I third the proposal. Without sig links there would be none of the opportunistic posts made purely for the purpose of publicising the member's site. It would also keep more traffic on the host site and not give an opportunity almost every single bleeding post to hop off somewhere else. I see no advantage to the host site other than ostensibly encouraging users to sign up who might otherwise not, but since these users are counter-productive anyway, I see no advantage here, only disadvantage to the host.

I personally don't consider BL words as an attack. My opinion that BL is a spammer who posts guff inbetween aff linkage, to make it look like that is not his driving motive for posting atall, is not an attack either. It just happens to be my opinion.

The poster deposited and played, hit a jackpot. Then found out by reading a bunch more terms a 10X cashout rule applies.

My personal opinion is that any casino offering a bonus ia email, should take the time to print all directly relevant terms in the promo email. Plus, once a deposit is received & bonus is awarded, the player should be sent a copy of the relevant terms, and the casino games disallowed automatically until activated by clicking "agree".

In that light, BL's comment that I am saying no terms should apply, is guffle imo.

Are you and caruso (actually who cares about him I'd stopped reading his stuff long ago) ever capable of restraining yourselves from resorting to ad hominem attacks when you can't win an argument over matters that are relevant to the main issues?

The player initially complains about not being capable to win more than the terms and conditions would allow. This clearly is the player's fault, not the casino's.
