Although I can empathise somewhat with the feelings behind the remark, I must say I welcome all Jetset's contributions, the occasional barbed aside notwithstanding. I hope he sticks around.
I noted that the player was offered some kind of a refund from the casino, and am curious to know if he got it. I'm also curious why he hasn't been back to the thread he started, particularly given his treatment at the other place. Maybe he thinks he'll get the same treatment here; that being the case, he should certainly rest assured he absolutely will not.

I just sit here and shake my head that there are people who just don't "get it". Or choose not to. I have no intention of turning this forum into a battleground, so if anyone has anything they'd like to say to me directly, use the PM function.
My reaction has/had NOTHING to do with a complaint about a casino, any casino. What it had to do with was a poster who chose to belittle people who he found to be unhelpful. And he did it deliberately, by his OWN admission. That is not okay.
Making comments such as how dare you lash out at me in your broken English, nope still can't understand...how about saying that in another language, or, sorry can you repeat that in English please or is there a translator present? Keeping in mind that those comments were made to someone to whom English is their SECOND language. The truth is..
The guy has a complaint and was told he's an idiot here at WOL, and at CM's that the casino won't accept his own and his missus's credit card deposits on the same account, but produced evidence the casino okayed exactly that.
So ensued & a 10 or so ersus 1 flamewar, where the 1 was punished for being rude, where I can clearly see rudeness coming back at him.
# How anyone can expect this punter to tow the line, when the clear example set down by the regulars, is it's ok to rant and be rude, is anyones guess.

Ah phooey, a bit snippy? So what? Snippy is OK. What isn't OK is call someone a "f***wit moron", allow the icious attack as was allowed, then censor HIM when he responds in kind.
That is a diabolical way to behave.
If it had happened here, the "f***wit moron" commentor would have been given a posting holiday. It didn't happen, because as Damian correctly points out it's all about favouritism and the clique, and nothing remotely to do with the facts.
Affiliates and apologists ganging up on, riling and lying to a newbie poster, who loses his cool and gets kicked out, without one single action taken against any of the clique who started it.
Newbies should learn from their mistakes and sign up at WOL first, where the playing field is level.

cm forum is a favoritism forum. If you in his fa you can get away with stuff. If you steal or hurt real people they seem to have a temper. If a player wants help he needs to come ask me for help, not people looking for the mighty dollar. Most of the people jumping on him are webmasters fighting for the mighty buck

Absolutely agree with this. As a regular at that forum myself I was frankly a bit shocked at some of the 'sharp' responses from some of the other regulars.
These forums are for expressing your personal opinion, and if C8's experience was really bad I find it quite acceptable for him to post 'XYZ casino are a bunch of scumbags'.

+ 1) Too many inept, rude casino staff around yes. Par for the course i'm afraid.
+ 2) The casino allowed you to gamble with the missus, then fine. That's thier prerogative. Make sure you get acceptance of such copied somewhere though guy. Even that said - it would not surprise me to see you back here 1 day annoyed a casino refused a payout after allowing you to share an account. The casino will claim the staff member was in error, ""sorry, but no money - hope this helps" knd of thing.
- 1) I don't believe personally, you can expect a bonus because you lost $500. Ask by all means. Don't be offended by no though.

Would you two care to explain why this account of rude customer service at a formerly well-regarded casino is "idiotic", and that such a response is "too funny"?
Customer service is an important barometer of general casino "quality", and in that regard this post is useful. It's certainly more useful than most of the nonsense floating around in the commercial section, LOL.
Aside from the losing aspect, the poster has every reason to feel aggrieved.

Do not play at Sun Palace!
After $500 worth of deposits, the highest I ever had the balance was $75, and that was for about 5 minutes. These RTG's absolutely suck the money out of you, and you will be lucky to have any sort of win.
In addition to this, I DARED ask for a bonus because I had not won! I got responses such as 'you are not entitled to a bonus'... no 'let me see what I can do', just straight out refusal.
Their online support is rubbish, the staff are rude (Laurel, Jennifer and worst of all, Brian)... and the email response level is slow and copy/pasted.
Lastly, because I reached my $500 limit, they wanted me to fill out docs, nothing unusual there, but as my girlfriend and I share the account, so it uses both of our cards, not only did i have to supply the authority that every other casino gets (both my authority and my girlfriend's as well as copious amounts of identification) but then they said i had to rescan the docs, even though the documents w... | | Read Entire Entry |
