Bonuslover's thought is shared by me too. Really nowadays it is common knowledge that neteller is so efficient that it is quite capable of executing the merchant's payouts IF there is enough money in the merchant's account to cover the payouts. Why common knowledge? 1. I still don't understand what does an email problem have anything to do with processing withdrawals. Anyways, nowadays it seems everybody has taken it for granted that they get paid within a week max. Back in the day it was normal to wait for a month. LOL

The restrictions are in place because spammers and trolls often abuse their posting and PM rights to harass our members or sabatoge the forums. We need to do what we can to ensure that a new user is genuine and that their posts are not in iolation of our Rules & Policies. All posts by new users are moderated and will be delayed until one of our moderators has reviewed them.

Regarding the PM system: new users do not have access to the PM system. Access is granted when they are awarded full membership...

If you are at the end of your resources, I suggest you contact Bryan at www.casinomeister.com for help through his "pitch a B". Of course, he helps us online players for free, must be swamped with requests for help, the least we should have the decency to do is: 1) present an absolutely honest and truthful case, presents all facts, not just "favorable" facts; 2) be as succinct as possible without being unclear; 3) be ery patient waiting for Bryan's help.

sming, you'll notice that Live Vegas Action Casino (livevegasaction.com) is totally different from Londonscasino.com and have totally NO affiliation or whatsoever. They are as I explained previously of different management and different owners!

Even if you email Paul, I so totally doubt that you'll get a good reply as he has nothing to do with the other Casino.

Don't get yourself confused... it's a totally different thing for using the same software to being of the same management/owner.

Did you ask Live Support what's the holdup? I'm ery sure they could check your account to see what's keeping it for so long.

I'm sorry but I have no idea who is in charge of Live Vegas Action Casino. But my advice so far is to actually go back to live support and get them to resolve the problem with you there and then. I'm not sure what else could be done other than to wait.

I'll try to get the casino about this but I totally need more information than what you've given here. Please do either provide me with more info or something if you really need me to try.

By the way, LondonsCasino is not related to Live Vegas Action Casino other than they are using the same software provider. Just like 32Red is not linked to Trident Lounge.

I'm also being stiffed by this group (Live Vegas Action casino), I made a withdrawal for $3000 2 weeks ago. None of my emails (5 this far) have been answered, and live support tells me they can't do anything about it. If it's an email communication problem, the casino should resolve it ASAP and process player withdrawals.

Thank you again, aodat2, for the help and info. LondonsCasino has sent me about half of my withdrawal. Hopefully they can complete the other half as close to the normal waiting period as possible.

Ultimately, casinos with integrity, honesty, customer care, financial strength, and smooth communication channels will shine high and bright above casinos lacking one or more of the above necessary qualities and attract serious online gamers who hate being thrown into misery and frustrations by communication breakdowns, payout delays, etc.

Ladbrokes' live casino seems to be a new lad on the block but it does already have a phone number, and a tollfree one at that. Hopefully, Londonscasino will hurry up to meet the standards of customer service.

I've tried telling them to get a phone for god knows how long already and yet they have not gotten it. Perhaps it's either not feasable or just takes up too much of their manpower. I'm not entirely sure about it.

Anyway, I really hope that you're already paid whatever it is due to you. If not, please do tell me and I'll try my best to help.

I'm not trying to ask you to get out of LondonsCasino or something but another place you should try playing at is Ladbrokes. They have 1 of the BEST customer service that I've ever known apart from 32Red. (That's exactly where Ed and a whole bunch of ppl from 32Red came from actually)

They have now done the incorporation and etc and their live casino is up and ready to go.

I've not known LondonsCasino to have such problems before but if you don't feel secure with them, my next suggestion is Ladbrokes. If you ask me, LondonsCasino is a ery good place to be at as they will pay you what's yours. They have no point to cheat and...

Hope you get it resolved soon. I've already talked to the people of London's Casino 2 days ago about this problem and accordingly, they have a problem with their email server.

They promised me that they will get back to you the soonest possible or get the manager to register an account here and get your problem resolved.

Is there anything else that you are actually needing other than the Cashout problem? Coz as far as I know, the only thing I told them was your Cashout problem. Take care.

I made a withdrawal request on 1/21/06. After the normal waiting period, I did not receive the payment. I started emailing Londonscasino requesting explanation. I sought help from the pitboss at the table who emailed them requesting them to respond to me. As of today, 38 emails have been sent without a single reply. I called 011-356-225-72301, the phone number of Vegas Interactive Ltd, the number is disconnected.

What do you think I should do next?

Perhaps you could tell us your problem with them and we could direct you to the correct solution. I'm not sure what you're facing with them but I'm sure they do already know that you're emailing them.

Thanks Pjotter, I will try to post at bet2gamble to see if there is response. So far there is no reply from paul-millinder@londonscasino.com, cashier@londonscasino.com, or support@londonscasino.com. They really should not have such customer service. I am trying to get their phone number to contact them. I am also trying to find out which jurisdiction governs their operation. Will be ery grateful if fellow online gamers can advise me there.

33 emails with no reply! I even emailed their CEO Paul for help still no reply! Pitboss at the table said all they could do was to email them also. The pitboss does not have Londonscasino phone# either. Anyone knows how to contact them by phone?

Bonuslover, I hope you are right. I still think they would be much better without these terrible delays. Why can't they just reply?
