well, then why didn't he ask it in that way? This question is legitimate (Can he do the bonus in pounds?). The original question was... is the bonus in pounds, euros, or dollars? the OP and subject clearly states dollars.. sorry- i should have read the t+c properly.
I think all is well (i.e: standard 5x), because they say the bonus is based on MPPs rather than raked hands, so 12. is a pointless clause.
I did speak to CS a few minutes ago and the guy confirmed that you just need to be dealt in. Mind you, he is only CS.

Expect to have problems when they ask for photo ID, utility bill in your name, a copy of front and back of your credit card and a copy of your credit card statement that all match the address you used to sign up with when you try to cashout - especially after they see your IP address isn't coming from Canada.
