Because we considered selling our business, it does not mean that we are not
going to pay you, at the time we were taking into consideration each option
and at that time it seemed that selling altogether would have been the
quickest option to raise the cash required to pay out all pending
withdrawals, then to transfer the business to another pre qualified company
who can continue to drive the business forward. The sale of Londonscasino
has been withdrawn as we plan to try to make a success of the business by
marketing in Europe. We have now secured the investment required to clear
all pending US withdrawals and push the busin... | | Read Entire Entry |

subject Paying out
Dear Kum Lim,
We will be releasing a statement to all our players' letting them know our
new policy on US players. This message will state that all players that have
pending withdrawals will be paid in full within 7 working days. This will mean that you too will receive full payment within this timeframe.
We will be withdrawing the sale of the casino and therefore I kindly ask you to notify the forums you have posted within to this effect. It is ery important that you remove the post within Startcasino, as there is reference being made to US players', this puts both you and us at serious risk.
We sincerely apologise for all the delays you have experienced however I believe you do understand our difficulties.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks for your advice.
I can not found londonscasino.com's name of licensed operators (MLGA)
http://cert.lga.org.mt/
I try to search online websites but I can not found londonscasino.com's jurisdiction.
I already sent a email to Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority yesterday
(licenced operator or not?????)

Posting in forums will not help your situation but complaining to the Maltese Gaming Authority will definitely put them under the radar
Complain to the authority (http://www.lga.org.mt/lga/home.asp) if your problem isn't resolved (assuming your case is genuine and you're not trying to defraud them i.e.)

Due to a change of Vegas Interactive's business strategy the company is offering its casino business for sale to a pre-qualified individual or company already involved, or looking to get involved in the multi Billion Pound a year online gaming industry. The investment would suit a wealthy individual or entity with a budget for player acquisition, customer support and brand development.
The brand www.LondonsCasino.com has been trading since March 05 and currently offers live games of Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and the Asian dice game of Sic Bo. The website is a Google page rank 4 and achieves top ten positions for live dealer casino related keywords. There is an expansion plan in place including launching 60 European focused flash casino games, alongside the e... | | Read Entire Entry |

I read one post here where the casino told a player they used electronic methods to cheat the casino and their winnings oid. After a bunch of posts the player I think was paid. This casino seems shady and I wouldn't play there.

London Casino has had payment problems all along. However, all the complainants received payments in the end - I hope this would equally apply to your case. Given the size of their loyal playe base, they are not going anywhere. I tend to think the main cause of all this is indeed as they claim, that they have problems transferring money to US accounts.
I hope you will get paid in the end. And meanwhile, you play somewhere else.

LONDONSCASINO.COM DID NOT PAY FOR OVER 90 DAYS.
I opened a new account with LONDONSCASINO.COM on November 23, 2006 and deposited ia Neteller.
I have been betting with LONDONSCASINO.COM for several days and won $4000.
I required a withdrawal $3500 on November 26,2006 and second withdrawal $1000 on November27, 2006 and third withdrawal $1000 on December 5, 2006.
All together my withdrawal requests USD $5500.
They sent an email ( Dec 04, 2006) saying due to the size of the withdrawal I have requested, they would have to send that money directly wire to my bank account, rather than Neteller.
They said they were going to get payment off to me ia express transfered same day.
That money should have been paid out by the middle of December last year at least, but wasn't.
I did not receive yet (Feb 24, 2007) any withdrawals as I requested.
I have sent repeated requests to their support and cashier about more than 50 emails were sent to LONDONSCASI... | | Read Entire Entry |
