I do not enjoy reading bull crap from people who have no brains and thus no idea what they talk about (unfortunately I had to live with it in the past coupla a years, except the much enjoyed short period when the person responsible was banned...twice). Yes, but the OP was asking about low stakes roulette for USA players, and I'm 99.9 % sure that none of the casinos on the page you linked offer roulette with less than $1 chips for the USA.
BTW, I'm not even affiliated to Giant Palace! (Yet).
BTW2; I'm not an "affy chancer" - I have nearly 7-years of nearly daily online casino play & only offer "newbies" unbiased sensible advice.

The only one I know of is Giant Palace - chips from 1c.
But I am not recommending them yet as I'm still investigating before adding them to my site, to make as sure as possible that they are not linked to the rogues Hype & inChilli who were from the same software house.
