Avoid Mansion, they are cheats. They demand 3 types of identification to withdraw any winnings and then take days to get back to you when you do provide paperwork. Meanwhile you start losing big time as soon as you request a withdrawal and keep playing.

Thats why I never started playing.
Actually I am currently too busy and thought to play without any bonus, just for my fun. I use to do that at some casinos for fast play or at casinos I dont really trust and I have avoided possible problems this way...

the bonus seems actually to act like a deterrent to play as opposed to an encouragement these days. last time I played at a playtech and asked a representative ia live chat how much I wagered I was told that my query will be sent to the department concerned - so much for instant gratification could almost sense him already labelling me an abuser just for asking!!!!!! I'm definitely not going to play at this playtech again....

From where did you extract this information? Anyway, this type of terms is not new. Particularly if you are referred by certain websites. Like if you isited Mansion in response to say, WOL's special promotion banner, then they might force you to play because you are deemed to have knowledge about the bonus, etc.

I have recently downloaded and installed the new playtech Mansion casino and directly asked for my account to be negative to any kind of bonus so that I could play free any game without WR.
Guess what? They don't accept that!
I have to accept by force a bonus and play with wagering requirements and of course restricted games
I couldn't believe this so I thought to ask again by email the support team.
They indeed erified that I can't play without a bonus.
Its their policy for new players.
Its the first time that it happens to me, so I thought to publish this thread and ask your opinion on this case. It seems ery strange to me...
Any ideas?
(also they should not advertise all the included games on their pages since some of them are restricted by the forced bonus and new players cant actually play them unless they want to lose their deposit anyway)
