It's totally unacceptable. Players are being ignored ia email, but are being told they can have their situations reviewed if they PM account details chez Bailey.

Your job is to behave responsibly and fairly to ALL CUSTOMERS, not just THOSE CUSTOMERS who happen to post at a forum whose affiliate owner has a big media buy with you.

Apparently I am eligible for the bonus after all and it got credited manually. Nevertheless, my opinion of Virgin casino is much lower than it was a week ago.

Was this the first you were aware of it, or had you already fallen ictim the the current cull as ociferously publicised Chez Bailey??
Virgin hasn't done anything wrong in terms of what we expect as the bottom line - honouring bonuses and cashouts as per the terms; however, its treatment and crass handling of customers is WAAAY off what we have come to expect from Wagerworks in general and Virgin in particular. This hasn't done the Wagerworks brand any favours. It's certainly been a setback for Virgin.

Not that it matters. No one at the Meisters seem to have read the contents of www.virgin.com - and that includes the staff.

This morning I got a personalised e-mail:
"Book your table at Virgin Casino this weekend and take advantage of today’s special: Deposit £30 and get £30.
To claim your £30 bonus simply make a single deposit of £30 or more between Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th November 2007, enter the bonus code: stake and play through your deposit 35 times. "
When I deposited and tried to claim the bonus I got the message that I do not qualify.
