The punter did well to know Ecogra offers a kind of dispute resolution service.
If any punter works out from the little grey sticker there is a dispute resolution service, they must be clairvoyant. The word "ecogra" does not mean much to the unbeknownst.
If the punter actually presses the ecogra label, that is mixed in with a load of unrelated stickers, a page will open up that shows the casino is Ecogra certified. That page does not mention anything about dispute resolution service..
Complaints are then added up and produced as some sort of proof casinos don't have that many complaints atall.
Pure spin at it's finest.
Any pro Ecogra folk can check if they like. There don't seem to be many pro-Ecogra folk left though, and the ones that remain have nothing more to say. Most supporters utilise Ecogra as content of some kind or another, to entice punters to click their banners.

Doesn't sound like a scammer to me.
If they can link her, make the case. Some of these identifiers have been pretty flakey in the past.
I agree with the complainer that eCOGRA is not independent enough to trust. They really are a fake watchdog group. One reason I only support poker for US players. I no longer support opening the US market to casinos.

I understand joeyl but I would like to point out that this is the case basically all the time.
Every player the casino declares fraudulent may be one, but you need to have something solid if you want to avoid payment.
This is the not the first time a Rewards casino is playing games, neither is it the first time ecogra accepts the casino claims automatically.
I suggest that either the casino will state the reason for the non-payment in if they do not want to disclose it - let a third party, not ecogra, decide.
I am willing to accept the ruling of a mediator but sadly ecogra proved themselves, in many cases, not to be objective.

hmmmmmmmm u seem like a scammer to me trying to defraud the casino in any case the casino having made its decision your only hope is to recover the deposit - but if you try this you would be banned from all microgaming casinos

This is my story.
I played Golden Tiger Casino on September 15th, deposited 500, got a 250 bonus and finished with 4,000GBP after I got quite lucky on the tri card poker.
After the request for documents the casino ignored me for some days, told me they need my documents again and again eventually I ended up sending them 3 or 4 times, after that they decided to ignore me.
The casino attitude convinced me to file a complaint with ecogra on October 3rd and it took ecogra 7 weeks to come up with this answer:
Your account has been linked to a number of other accounts at the casino through identifiers.
We have reviewed these identifiers and are satisfied that the operator has acted according to their Terms and Conditions in locking your account at Golden Tiger Casino. For security reasons we are not at liberty to disclose the nature of the identifiers.
Bearing the above in mind I must inform you that we find your dispute to be invalid.
