I think that is for online casinos based in Australia. If you live in Australia, you cannot play at Lasseters or AusVegas. I am not a lawyer, I just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night!

Something which is not widely known, but it WILL affect your ability to cashout at most casinos, if they decide you have won too much...
Australian players are actually banned from online gambling, under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, section 15, which makes it an offence to offer gambling services to an Australian resident.

Offence of providing an interactive gambling service to customers in Australia
(1) A person is guilty of an offence if:
(a) the person intentionally provides an interactive gambling service; and
(b) the service has an Australian‑customer link (see section 8).
