Oh, you mean the Crystal Palace issue? That's RTG, nothing to do with Playtech. I assumed it was a Playtech casino, as this thread is about rogue Playtechs.

I don't recall hearing anything about this issue. Was it posted anywhere?
You could fill in the Playtech "dispute" form:
http://www.playtech.com/html/index.php?page=43
Thing is, Playtech and RTG don't stand by their products, and will do nothing to help. You could also try contacting Ted Loh at Bailey's:
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums...pearmaster.html
He works for Playtech these days. I doubt he'll do anything, but you can at least politely solicit his advice.

Hey Caruso,
Still no payment from jackpotkings and they have since moved my 8100.00 out of withdrawing and it doesn't appear anywhere...I still have my printed sheets saying they are three withdrals for 2700.00 each but now the cs reps are saying they don't know what to do about it and when I ask to speak to a supervisor....their never in. I received one e-mail the other day saying that they only received half of my sent in paperwork...I had faxed it 6 times and scanned and emailed it four times.....What can I do?
I didn't want to start a new thread ....i'm trying to stop payment.

Apparently XXL Club Casino has been having "technical dificulties" for the past three months, with no payments to players. They're also complaining about "bonus abusers" and confiscating winnings.
Obviously teetering on the brink, so stay the hell away from this latest addition to the massive Playtech rogue stable.

Acropolis Casino and its website is not available for a week. The support is also not replying, the sent emails are bouncing back. I wrote to Playtech, they also did not reply. I have an account with them with big money.
What can I do? Any suggestion? Thanks

American players out may be the reason that complaints are down, yes.

Loh's job title notwithstanding, the fact remains that he is a public face and a possible additional avenue into Playtech. Playtech are never going to initiate a credible disputes service, so in my estimation this is a good as it gets, Damian.

LOL complaints are down. Cause Its hard for americans to play. A good 70% of the american Players I know do not depoist, only die hard sports bettors are depoisting. So less complaints my friend and please dont ask for a check, it comes in some weird names, even the banks wants to know what company it is. Lied two times so far. Last time I told them it was from my sex toy store online, and they hurried up and depoist it

Ultimately, it's not up to Spearmaster what happens, it's up to Playtech and the licensees. Casinomeister has had a high enough profile contact at Playtech to speak to in the past, Playtech casinos still messed people around bigtime.
That said, Playtech complaints have dropped in number lately. Possibly coincidental.
However, a playtech casino has been rogued lately by CM, and the casino listed as the software provider, not Playtech, which could be just a typo. It would not surprise me though, if Playtech are litigous growlers with external webmasters, but soft on licensees.

One has to assume that a new line has opened up in the player issues department, and that he will be able to fast-track any legitimate complaints.
Now we just need somebody inside RTG.
Good news!
I understand Bethug's point that sales is not customer care but its a great contact who will read at least the related posts on the forums.

Playtec needs to hire someone to handle players disputes, but if they act like micro/888 dispute dept, it would be a waste of time

Good to hear. When they pay, amongst other things, the 20K royal they owe one player, they're off the hook.
Joyland has to be one of the worst in a stable of rotten Playtech casinos. Don't go anywhere near it.

just an experience from a newbie,
i don't play much online, $20 or $30 here and there. i prefer land based casinos. i took bonuses and would never win or i would win a little but quickly lose it.
i signed up with joyland casino (playtech), got a bonus, and blew it. ( i play slots by the way, just mindless fun). late september received an email from joyland offering a 500% bonus on a $20 deposit. well, nobody can pass that up, right? so i deposited.
so i'm playing slots with $120 at $5 a spin. not winning anything, i get down to my last $6 and i hit for $1000. i almost spit out my Starbucks mocha frappachino. i then checked wr ( i know i should check before, but ,hey, i didn't expect to win anything). wr was only 8x deposit+bonus. so i kept playing, this time keeping track. i even hit again for $250 and $400. after reaching wr i stopped. $1153 was my balance. i quit for the evening.
i went to winneronline.com to read latest before hitting the sack, as i always ... | | Read Entire Entry |

I think the risk of playing at Playtech casinos is increased now with the US legislations. But most of the old casinos from Tropez group and Cpays groups (Monaco Gold is now excluded) have large numbers of European players and they will definitely survive. US players are not accepted at these casinos now, anyway.
Reputation builds with the number of players and probably ery soon the most reputable casinos will be from RealTime Gaming camp, rather then Microgaming...

The Giant Vegas group still withholding what appears to be $14,000 total from a couple of players.
African Palace finally paid.
There was a recent issue with Swiss Casino, but I'd have to check the details.
The Tropez group still withholding $12,000 from a player, having paid another player a smaller amount in identical circumstances.
The sportsbook side of BetRoyal has been much improved in recent times and they have a top-notch manager, so I've removed them completely.
Joyland, no change.
Grandbanks: heard nothing positive, but Dominique reckons there are changes happening.
Brandy Casino now gets Honourable Mention for withholding $20,000 winnings.

Playtech now pulling out of the US market. Licensees are going to take a huge hit as a result, and I would bet that a lot are going to fold. And I bet the clip-joints take all their players' money with them when they do.
Brandy Casino stiffing player 20K.
AmberCoast now pulling stunts.
Many other Playtech disputes still unresolved, Giant Vegas, Vegas Red et al.
If I had any money in Playtech casinos I would be running for the door faster than turbo-charged lightening.

Hello!
What can you tell about Monaco Gold casino? Now they offer cashable bonuses (100% up to 200 or "deposit 500 and get $800").
Wager:12*(bonus+deposit),
Quote:
Bets placed in the games of Blackjack (all sorts of Blackjack), Roulette (all sorts of Roulette), Baccarat (all sorts of Baccarat), Craps or SicBo (all sorts of SicBo), do not fulfill players obligations with regards to the minimum wagering requirements.
I played in 32vegas casino few weeks ago, they offered 320% cashable bonuses (now this bonuses can't be withdrawing). I cash out $100 (my deposit) and $270 (winnings) without problems... But I send them scans of docs.
Now I want to go in Monaco gold, please tell me your expiriens in that casino.
May be you tell me other playtech casinos with _cashable_ bonuses?
P.S. I'm sorry for my bad english.
Thanks.

Dominique, I sent you an email using the contact info from your website
They owe me 1360 USD from 2004.
After a year they let me fill a fax form, then they prcessed less than 100 USD telling me I agreed on the fax form that they don't owe me anymore and signed it.
I thought it is a regular fax form like every casino send and not in order to cheat.
The amount paid was not mentioned in the fax form, only the fact that they don't owe me more, but I thought of course this fax form is in order to get paid and not in order to get screwed.

FYI,
big things seem to be underfoot at Grand Banks, Sterling and Black Widow.
They seem to have new ownership and old player complaints are being evaluated and are being paid quietly.
They are still on my Blacklist, but I am watching closely to see what unfolds.

There are some important misunderstandings circulating. I'm not sure that people are being deliberately dim, but they need clarifying:
1) The player deposited under a set of conditions that stated that certain games were NON-COUNTING towards the wagering terms. This is backed up by the player's screenshots.
2) The casino sent an email to the player directly contradicting this. The email stated that those NON-COUNTING games were in fact EXCLUDED.
In the first place, an email sent contradicting a web site promo is not relevant. The binding terms are those on the site, this being a web site promo, not email invite. The site made no mention of the relevant games being excluded, only non counting for the bonus wagering. NOW it does. THEN it didn't.
In the second place, what this email DOES tell us is that the casino can distinguish ery well between these two terms, otherwise why send it? The only reason can be to highlight differences.
Look at the terms ... | | Read Entire Entry |
