Unibet offers a pretty descend BJ bonus with only a 25 times wagering requirements on the bonus.
They will match up to 100€...the only thing is, you need to go through a affiliate link to get to the right landingpage....of course I have the link on my page.
Then there is 888...great 200$ match bonus. Wagering only 4000$
Bet365...again a 200$ match bonus...WR 4.000$ or 5.000$
CherryCasino and EuroCasino...nice 111$€ BJ bonuses - 50% matchbonuses...again with pretty nice WR.
I will look for more BJ bonuses and add them here...

I had a little count up the other day, and I have joined & played at 137 different casinos!
Of course I have not been lucky enough to withdraw from all of them, but I have never not been paid money owed to me by any of them, not even the 'rogue' ones I joined when I was young(er) and naive!
I would never knowingly recommend a rogue casino to anyone.

There are still places where you can play blackjack with a bonus but the wagering requirements tend to range from high to ridiculously high (for example at MG casinos using the EZbonus system the WR can be from 300 to 3000 times the bonus). The monthly bonus at 32red is still reasonable, Paddy Power send me occasional offers where blackjack is allowed, WR is around 35xB.

I played casinos heaviliy from 2001 to 2005, lately I have cooled down.....
I have been watching a lot of forums and looked into a lot of casino web sites... and I wonder:
