they usually respond. even if they don't deal with players they can make some inquiries especially if you go ranting about oid winnings and such

lost 1200 in a month,won 1000, requested 1000 withdrawel, account was locked out, they would not reply to my emails, called they said to fax copies of drivers l credit c utility bill, uneasy about but sent them, still locked out, no reply to emails, called again they said documents faxed to dark, had ups fax clear documents, still locked out, would not reply to emails, called again, said doc. again to dark, i said professional ups fax clear documents i have copies, but again went back to ups had them fax again for the third time, still locked out, they wont reply to my emails wont answer canadian phone number on thier web sight. imagine if you won a jackpot, ive been ripped off bruce
