You nailed it thanks. I thought no one would answer this one. Then out of the blue comes the correct answer. If you're ever in Ohio or me in North Dakota we'll have to play. Thanks again.

Wowww!!!!!!!!! I played that game for hours with my Grandma too. We played a penny a point. Here is what I remember. Not sure if I am right, it has been at least 15 years for me too.
4 decks. Each person is dealt a pile of 13 face down, 4 cards face up next to the pile of 13, and a hand of 5. With the rest in the middle. You win when you finish the pile of 13. You can have up to 4 A to K piles going in the middle to be used by all people. I think you max out at 3/4 people, you add an extra deck for every person above that.
You play your 4 up cards and any pile in the middle like solitare with the point being to get rid of your pile of 13. You get to reload to 5 cards in your hand if you use all 5 on your turn and/or at the biginning of your next turn. You just take turns trying to use as many cards as possible. When you can't play any more cards, it is the next persons turn.
I hope that make sense. Have not heard or thought about it for a long time.

My grandma, my mom, and myself use to play this game and now that it has been some 15 years my mom and I don't remember how to play. I'm hoping someone has heard of this game. It is a multi-deck game and each player has 5 cards in there hand. You can use your cards somehow and there are side piles that start at Ace and close out with King. On top of your 5, you have a pile of some amount that you can only turn one at a time as they get played. For all the info I've givin you would think I'd have remembered the game. Can anyone help me?
