It's a sign up. I doubt it will work as reload. Just go to deposit and enter the code. It will tell you before you deposit if it will work or not.

I have played a lot on B2B network and had never such a problem before. Guess I just have to keep those emails going towards CS.
Edit: Another reply from CS:

registered your account by following the link of
