| Posted by: pulper_80 at July 14, 2006, 9:33 am | | Topic: Royal Vegas offers Pacific type bonus Forum: Bonus Whores | Well, my GF who was quick enough to get the risk free bonus and withdrawal successfully, just cashed out again. She had the free $100 she had been playing with for the last few weeks, and she finally won a $20 SNG to build it up to $165. She withdrew $65 a couple days ago, and the money hit NETeller today.
So it appears that they will continue to allow cashouts of profits if you were quick enough to get the risk free bonus, even though they changed the T&C. I was expecting her cashout to be reversed, since the T&C have been changed, and she has not cleared 1 raked hand of the bonus requirements.

My GF got the risk free "Pacific Style" bonus before they change the T&C and was able to withdrawal without hassle. I was a bit too late in depositing and they reversed my cashout. I tried a second time using the method suggested a little bit earlier in this thread, and still got it reversed. I am halfway done grinding it out and am not going to risk a 3rd withdrawal before clearing it, since they forfeit your bonus on the 3rd failed attempt.

We all agree on this point. Those of us who have already deposited are just trying to find a way to weasel our initial deposits back without forfeiting the bonus. It looks like mc76 is saying that if you attempt to withdrawl all $200, then they only reverse the bonus portion.
I attempted to withdrawal all $200 like mc76 suggested, but they again reversed all of the cashout. Looks like I am stuck grinding this one. However they did give me entry into the $15,000 freeroll tonight, and I didn't even play 1 raked hand.

I do the same thing on Party, and they probably could care less.
I've even deposited enough to hit party's withdrawal limit, and then withdrawn the amount i've won + that deposit.
This is on party's restricted bonuses, where they give you "free" money like this.
I'm guessing people were doing what was suggested here. Anytime they earned enough to withdraw, they did it, keeping the $100 free to try to earn more.
Now i'm stuck. I deposited $50 so i can withdraw the $18 i won today, and now i don't want to lose that $18.
Let's see what happens if i try to withdraw $68.
They can't take my $50, so the worst they could do is take the $18 and cancel my bonus.

I'm not taking the site's side because it is BS to change conditions. But clear the hands, hit em up for the $100, say see ya later and never go back again........
My problem with them is I can't even get my $100 back that I deposited. I don't care about their crappy bonus...I want what's mine.

I deposited $200, and got the bonus $$$ creditted, then withdrew my original deposit back to neteller with no problems. So just the bonus money is sitting there in my account now ready to play with, I assume?
What's the best strategy now, play at higher than normal limits or maybe blackjack and try and cashout some winnings or just play through the 1000rh and take out about $150 when I am finished?
Thanks for any advice,

I deposited, and recently tried to withdraw my $100 deposit. I waited 2 days, then got an email denying my withdrawal because I was trying to take uncleared money. But I wasn't...it was my deposit.
I emailed them 24 hours ago telling them I want my money...I don't care if they feel that they have to forfeit my bonus...there are plenty others. No response yet.
So I'd beware.

That is very interesting, I will try to do this. Hopefully they don't have a hidden clause somewhere saying that 2 denied withdrawals will result in a forfeit of both the bonus and initial deposit

if you attempt to withdraw before meeting raked hand requirements, you will be advised to continue wagering and the funds will be returned to your casino account. If you attempt to withdraw more than once (1) without meeting the requirements, you will forfeit your bonus and winnings, and have your purchase refunded if possible.
I am confused. I withdrew after the 1st deposit. Then withdrew another 29 dollars on my winnings which makes it the 2nd one. So i have now 200 dollars there because i m up. Does that mean if i withdraw a 3rd time, say 75 dollars, i lose everything? | | Static Link |

Dearest Customer Support,
When you said:
"The only two ways you may be able to withdraw any funds from the account would be to meet the raked hand requirements for the bonus" [etc. or give up the bonus etc.]
I understand what you are saying. I went and looked up the Terms and Conditions and found that you have changed them since the time that I had deposited. Here is what they say NOW:
Deposit bonuses will be credited within 24 hours, after the terms in point (2) above are met. You are able to cash in your deposit and winnings once you have raked 10 times your bonus amount on Ring Games only e.g. Purchase $100 and get $100 Bonus. Therefore to cash out you need to rake 1000 hands ($100 x 10 =1,000).
My point is that I deposited BEFORE you changed your Terms and Conditions. When I deposited, the rules were that I had to wager 10x the bonus amount before being awarded that bonus - which is fine. However... | | Read Entire Entry |
