| Posted by: JoobJoobAchoo at July 13, 2006, 8:19 pm | | Topic: Crazy EuroPoker reloading Forum: Bonus Whores | | I agree with MyTurn2Raise. They've been good to me. I deposited for almost every World Cup game and cashouts are consistently 1-2 days. | | Static Link |
| Posted by: MyTurn2Raise at July 13, 2006, 1:22 pm | | Topic: Crazy EuroPoker reloading Forum: Bonus Whores | I've withdrawn about 30 times from Europoker without a hitch (well since the initial troubles I had signing up due to multiple ongame accounts)
withdrawals to neteller and firepay usually (>90%) hit within 1 business day (weekends are longer)
You should feel safe with the money here, unlike the futurebet cashiers.

Is anyone else getting screwed on the constraints needed to clear the $10 bonuses? Most need 100 pts of play but I've got a few stuffed in between that need 200, 300, or more to clear. Of course, until I clear those I can't clear the remaining ones that only need 100 to clear.
Every day I like this network less and less... and I'm still scared to make a withdrawal. | | Static Link |

In reality, I went Minnesotan over-polite on them. | | Static Link |

Heat? I am cold, baby, so cold. (For some reason John M. Ford and Scotty Nguyen have combined in my head.)
Believe me, I'll post when I'm unblocked, or hear anything at all from them. | | Static Link |

Done.
However, after the response EurPoker gave to bonuswhores about my case("please tell your player to send in his documents" morons..] I doubt these guys will have any success either. | | Static Link |

Obviously you need to leave off the zero if you are calling this from North America. I have never had cause to call them myself.
I don't remember if it was here or 2+2, but somebody tried this number and it didn't work. It's not a US or British toll-free. Might work for somebody who knows more about phones in central Europe.
I'll try to find the thread when I'm not posting and playing poker at the same time. | | Static Link |

They don't have a phone number as far as I know. I suppose I could guess around the fax.
Ideally they'll get the hard drive problem fixed while SMTP is still retrying (for like five more days.)
They may write back to PRR. They may write back to emails I sent to support@europoker, admin@europoker, and partners@ongame. I'll give them at least a day on that.
At some point someone in the heirarchy has to care that Europoker Payments isn't doing its job. At least that's what I keep telling myself. | | Static Link |

As long as they don't answer their only form of support, I'll happily go with shady.
Rather than OnGame reflecting well on Europoker, I'd say Europoker is reflecting very badly on OnGame. | | Static Link |

Whoever administrates that machine has run out of space on /usr. Naturally SMTP isn't delivering the mail to a full hard drive partition. This is getting more fun all the time. | | Static Link |

At a bare minimum he could have told me that rather than just ignoring my email. Third time I signed up through BW, third time something's gone wrong, third time their vaunted customer service was utterly useless. Strike three, guys.

No response at all but I've only sent one to support, the rest have been to payments. Since PRR was able to get the one bonus per team issue straightened out with them, and actually acknowledged that I'd emailed them, I'll rely on them for the moment.

wow you lucky bastard.
mind telling us what sort of approach you took with them? email them every day? strong wording, or very polite and passsive?
i've taken the softly softly, lasseiz faire approach. suppose i should try getting tough.
I sent an email ever 2 or 3 days to support, nothing particularly hostile or harsh. I was getting ready to rant at them with a "this is unacceptable" email today, but found my account was unblocked.

all of my bonuses are listed about every third time I log in to the myaccount page. I am confident that they are all in there somewhere. I have deposited for every game, but had only seen the first 28 or so. Now, all 50 or so were showing.
yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
